Une vieille dame méchante et arrogante derrière le comptoir qui refuse de servir si on prend une pâtisserie de chaque, il faut a chaque fois prendre plusieurs de la même sorte. Super si on veut goûter les différentes spécialités on fait comment ? Madame vous n'êtes pas commerçante, au mieux gardienne de prison. Chez vous le client ne décide pas. Vous ne méritez que notre mépris comme vous l'avez fait à notre égard. Madame nous reçoit sans masque de plus, 5 min après elle le met et ensuite nous demande de remettre les nôtres...allez comprendre. Vacanciers, un conseil il y a bien plus sympathique, patient et souriant ailleurs !
So yes it sounds very good but genuinely the worst customer relationship experience in Crete in 2 weeks of travel. A mean and arrogant old lady behind the counter who refuses to serve if you take one pastry from each, each time you have to take several of the same kind. Great if we want to taste the different specialties how do we do it? Madam, you are not a shopkeeper, at best a prison guard. With you the customer does not decide. You only deserve our contempt as you did for us. Madame receives us without any more mask, 5 minutes later she puts it on and then asks us to put ours back ... go figure. Vacationers, there is much more friendly, patient and smiling advice elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like being surprised. This local bakery has the best selection of greek style chocolates filled with all kinds of goodies. That is the surprise. Select your choice and buy by quantity in gift boxes and then pay by weight. The owners are very patient and friendly to help you choose from a large selection of choices. Dont worry the family speak English. Sit outside and have a coffee+cake too.
