★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν διαθέτουν όλοι πρόσβαση στο διαδίκτυο για να υποβάλλουν ερωτήσεις μέσω email για αυτό και έχουν δώσει στο κοινό την δυνατότητα να επικοινωνούν με το γραφείο του ΑΣΕΠ και για αυτο δημιουργήθηκε και το αποκεντρωμένο της Θεσσαλονίκης ωστε να αποσυμφορηθεί το τηλ Κέντρο της αντίστοιχης υπηρεσίας στην Αθήνα. Είναι υποχρεωμένοι να εξυπηρετούν το κοινό κάτι που δεν το κάνουν. Για αυτό λοιπόν όλοι μαζί και εγώ και ο καθένας ξεχωριστά, επώνυμα και νόμιμα μπορεί να μπει στην ιστοσελίδα της Εθνική Αρχής Διαφάνειας να επιλέξει την επιλογή "καταγγελίες "από το μενού, στη συνέχεια " υποβολή καταγγελίας" θα του έρθει μήνυμα επιβεβαίωσης παραλήπτη με ενα τηλ ώστε να πάρει και να του δωθεί ο αριθμός πρωτοκόλλου τηλεφωνικώς ,με αυτό τον τρόπο θα υπάρχουν αρχεία από τις καταγγελίες καταγεγραμμένες ώστε όταν θα έρθει η στιγμή ο καθένας θα αναλάβει τις ευθύνες του επιτέλους και να γίνουν υπάλληλοι του κράτους.
