Δεν είναι μόνο το γεγονός ότι ακούει αυτό που θα της πεις αλλά με τις γνώσεις που έχει κάνει το καλύτερο δυνατό δίνοντας λύσεις για το κάθε ζήτημα, οι οποίες λύσεις δεν είναι ζημιογόνες για τον άνθρωπο(γιατί τον άνθρωπο που έχει απέναντι της τον βλέπει ως άνθρωπο και όχι ως πελάτη) που έχει απέναντι της. He responds worthily to what he does. Whenever I needed her she was there to fully explain to me and answer my every question. For me personally it is by far the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. It is not only the fact that she listens to what you tell her but with the knowledge that she has done her best to give solutions to every issue, which solutions are not harmful to man (because the man in front of her sees him as human and not as a customer) that it has against it.
