The accommodation is, to say the least, in extremely poor condition. First of all, it feels so damp, that for me, who am allergic, the allergy appeared in a short time. Moisture literally stinks inside. Everything about hygiene can be deduced from the photos. On the entrance side of the accommodation, there is an abandoned dormitory room, from which potentially some rodents can enter it, or similar. The electricity in the bathroom is unsafe, the cables are on all sides. The studio with 5 sleeping places cost 700e, and in reality it is not worth even half. We paid a deposit of 210e (which would be 3 nights according to the budget), filed a complaint on the first day to the agency we went through (Nikana) so that the owner would allow us to stay two nights for that deposit. So one night in that "luxury" accommodation was 105e. Believe it or not. The agency made an effort and found us new accommodation very quickly, but did nothing to keep us from paying that price for one night in this accommodation. A big minus for Nikana, through which we always go on vacation, so far we have not had a problem. And be sure to bypass the accommodation. The presentation of the accommodation on the Nikan website did not show the real situation. We were in two studios and neither looks like it was presented on the site, you can see the photos yourself. I am amazed that such accommodation has been approved by the competent institutions for use, and that such an agency risks its reputation with such recommendations.

Great place to relax

Great location, only 20 meters from the beautiful, quiet beach. For those who are not looking for luxury accommodation, but the view of the sea and the sound of the waves in the evening.
