a	alexia pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ στον κοσμο τους γενικα. τηλεφωνα δε σηκωνουν, και την αλλη φορα πηγα 3 φορες αδικα μεχρι να βγουν τα αποτελεσματα. ειναι τυπικως ευγενικοι αλλα μεχρι εκει. τουε προτιμησα μονο επειδη ειναι κοντα και δε θα ξαναγινει. για να μην αναφερω οτι οταν μου επαιρνε αιμα η ειδικος που στο ενα χερι δε φορουσε γαντι (δε στεκομαι σ αυτο γιατι μπορει να το ειχε απολυμανει), επιασε το βαμβακι που της επεσε κατω και το πεταξε στον καδο και μετα μου πηρε αιμα χωρις να τα καθαρισει παλι. ο,τι να ναι. in their world in general. phones do not pick up, and the next time I went 3 times unfairly until the results came out. they are typically polite but so far. The delay and rude behavior I received from my personal experience with Asklipeion Vita, are 2 of the key features that will prevent me from choosing it again. I understand your workload, but I demand humanity and understanding when it comes to human suffering.

A	Apostolos Apostolopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κλείσει ραντεβού δεύτερη φορά για ακτινογραφία. Τους είπα τηλεφωνικώς ότι έχω παραπεμπτικό και μου είπαν εντάξει θα μας το δώσετε όταν έρθετε. Σήμερα που πήγα μου είπαν ότι η ακτινογραφία είναι ψηφιακή και δεν έχουν και σύμβαση με τον ΕΟΠΥΥ ,οπότε θα πρέπει να πληρώσω κανονικά! Στην ερώτησή μου γιατί δεν μου το είπαν εξαρχής στο τηλέφωνο και εφόσον ήξεραν τι εξέταση θα κάνω αφού την είχα ήδη ξανακάνει σε αυτούς, η απάντηση ήταν αόριστη και αδιάφορη. Μετά μου ζήτησαν και το παραπεμπτικό για να δουν τι εξέταση είχε γράψει ο γιατρός , λες και δεν την είχα ξανακάνει ή δεν τους είπα τι ακριβώς ήθελα. Άλλα λόγια να αγαπιόμαστε. Επίσης, συνεκτιμώντας και την εμπειρία μου από την προηγούμενη επίσκεψη, το προσωπικό υποδοχής είναι επιδεικτικά αδιάφορο απέναντι στους ασθενείς-πελάτες. Ίσως και αυτός ήταν ο λόγος που μου έδωσαν λάθος πληροφορίες για την εξέταση τηλεφωνικώς, εκτός αν έγινε εκ του πονηρού για να μην χαθεί ο πελάτης, δεν το γνωρίζω αυτό. Προτιμήστε πάντως άλλο διαγνωστικό κέντρο με πιο ευγενικό προσωπικό. Άλλωστε και η τοποθεσία είναι δύσκολη, χωρίς χώρο παρκαρίσματος έστω και προσωρινό. I had made an appointment for a second time for an X-ray. I told them by phone that I have a referral and they told me ok you will give it to us when you come. Today when I went I was told that the x-ray is digital and they do not have a contract with EOPYY, so I have to pay normally! To my question why they did not tell me from the beginning on the phone and since they knew what test I would do after I had already done it again to them, the answer was vague and indifferent. Then they asked me for the referral to see what examination the doctor had written, as if I had not done it again or I did not tell them exactly what I wanted. In other words, to love. Also, taking into account my experience from the previous visit, the reception staff is ostentatiously indifferent towards the patients-clients. Maybe that was the reason they gave me the wrong information about the test over the phone, unless it was done maliciously so as not to lose the customer, I do not know that. However, prefer another diagnostic center with more polite staff. Besides, the location is difficult, without parking space, even temporary.

Αφού πληρώνω αγαπητέ γιατί με παιδεύεις; Ονόμασε το ΙΚΑ το ρημάδι… You make an appointment for an examination at 6pm, for example, and you have a two-hour wait.
