Με μεγάλη αγένεια, με ενοχλούσαν βράδυ στις 10 ή μεσημέρι! Από την αρχή της συνομιλίας επιθετικοί! Χειρότεροι και από τις "εισπρακτικές"!! The service there was satisfactory! But there was a problem with my referral and they asked me another! With great rudeness, I was bothered by an evening at 10 or noon! From the beginning of the conversation aggressive! Worse and from "collecting" !!
G	Giannis Tzikas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! Ειχα κλεισει ραντεβου για υπερηχο θυρεοειδή και οταν πηγα, μου ειπαν οτι έχουν απεργία οι γιατροί απο την προηγουμένη ημερα. Και οταν ρώτησα γιατι δε με ειδοποιησαν, προσπαθουσε η αγενεστατη στην υποδοχη να με πεισει οτι με ειδοποιησαν...αντι να ζητήσει μια συγνωμη για την ταλαιπωρία ηθελε να με βγαλει και τρελο!!! Ειναι και 40 χλμ απο το σπιτι μου...Ποτε ξανα!!! NOT AVAILABLE !!! I had a appointment for ultrasound thyroid, and when I got there, they told me that doctors have been striking the day before. And when I asked why they did not notify me, the ruddy at the reception was trying to convince me that they were warned me ... instead of asking for a discomfort for the inconvenience he wanted to get me crazy too !!! It's 40 km from my house ... Once again !!!
Ε	Ελένη Κ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλή εμπειρία! Πέρα από το γεγονός ότι κλείνεις τα ραντεβού πότε δεν μπαίνεις στην ώρα σου σαράντα λεπτά καθυστέρηση και τις δύο φορές που πηγα. Παραπονέθηκα ότι είμαι από άλλη πόλη και καλό θα ήταν να τηρούν τα ραντεβού γιατί έχουμε κι εμείς υποχρεώσεις και δουλειές και η απάντηση της κυρίας στην εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πηγαίνετε να κάνετε την δουλειά σας και ελάτε σε σαράντα λεπτά! Επίσης τόσα χρόνια πληρώνω με καρτα και πρώτη φορά ακυρώθηκε η κάρτα μου αντε μετά να βγάλεις καινούργια. ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΠΡΟΤΙΝΩ ΣΕ ΚΑΝΈΝΑ Not a good experience at all! Apart from the fact that you make appointments when you do not arrive on time forty minutes late both times I went. I complained that I am from another city and it would be good for them to make appointments because we also have obligations and jobs and the lady's answer to the service was go do your job and come in forty minutes! Also, I have been paying with a card for so many years and for the first time my card was canceled instead of getting a new one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

E	Eva Babali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάναμε ραπίντ τεστ σήμερα το μεσημέρι.Η κυρία που μας το έκανε μας είπε πως θα το δηλώσει στην πλατφόρμα την Δευτέρα.Της απαντήσαμε ότι το χρειαζόμαστε για σήμερα γιατί θα πάμε σε καταστήματα.Δεν θα έχετε πρόβλημα μας είπε.Την ρωτήσαμε αν είναι σίγουρη κ επέμενε.. Μαντεψτε ποιος κάνει ξανά ραπίντ τεστ μετά από δύο ώρες; Το λιγότερο που μπορεί να γίνει είναι να επιστραφούν τα χρήματα μας πίσω την Δευτέρα που θα περάσω από εκεί!απαράδεκτοι κ αντιεπαγγελματιες,όπως ακριβώς ακούγεται.. We did a rapid test today at noon. The lady who did it told us that she will declare it on the platform on Monday. We answered that we need it for today because we will go to stores. You will not have a problem, she told us. insist .. Guess who does a rapid test again after two hours? The least that can be done is to get our money back on the Monday I will go through there! τ	τασσος Απο on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρήκαν ένα κολπο ότι ο υπέρηχος είναι έγχρωμος και χρεώνουν έξτρα 14 ευρώ . Τι σύμβαση έχουν δεν ξέρω..... Κι εκεί που περίμενα την σειρά μου ακούω στη ρεσεψιόν ότι ενώ η ασθενής έφερε το σκιαγραφικό της χρέωσαν την έγχυση. Και αναρωτιέμαι ο ΕΟΠΥΥ τι ακριβώς δικαιολογεί και εφευρίσκουν τρόπους ώστε να χρεώνουν έξτρα? Ποιος ο έλεγχος του κρατικού φορέα? Εμένα πάντως μου κάνει το τραγούδι '' κι είν'όλα μαύρα κι είν' όλα μαύρα'' They found a trick that the ultrasound is colored and they charge an extra 14 euros. Δηλαδή να πληρώνουμε τα κέρατα μας για την ασφάλιση σε σύστημα υγείας που δεν έχουμε, να πληρώνουμε τους γιατρούς για να μας εκδώσουν παραπεμπτικό και να πληρώνουμε και ιδιωτικά τις εξετάσεις !ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ, ΔΕ ΘΑ ΠΑΡΩ.
