★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζara Home και πάλι Zara Home!!! Σε σέβονται και σε αντιμετωπίζουν ως καταναλωτή και πρωτίστως ως άνθρωπο !
Έχω αγοράσει από το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί ένα σωρό πράγματα .
Μεταξύ άλλων και σεντόνι 400 κλωστών, που μετά από τρία χρόνια ξέβαψε και τρύπησε σαν κουρέλι.
Τους επισκέφθηκα για να μου δώσουν μια εξήγηση και στην έσχατη των περιπτώσεων να αγοράσω το ίδιο, καθώς το είχα σετ με πάπλωμα.
Συμπεριφορά? Πιστέψτε με, πλήρης απαξίωση! Έχω όλα τα σεντόνια μου από το 1990 που παντρεύτηκα...Κι όμως εγώ έφταιξα, ως και τι περίεργο έκανα πάνω στο σεντόνι με ρώτησαν !!!
Παιδιά χαλαρώστε!!! Εάν θέλετε να λειτουργείτε ως επιχείρηση, πρέπει να σέβεστε τους πελάτες σας και να ακούτε προσεκτικά τα προβλήματα τους με τα προϊόντα σας.
Δεν ξέρω τι αντιμετωπίζετε καθημερινά, όμως ο κάθε άνθρωπος που έχετε απέναντι σας και σας έχει εμπιστευτεί, θέλει ισάξια αντιμετώπιση.
Μην παραπονιέστε, εάν δεν έχετε δουλειά, τίποτε δεν είναι τυχαίο!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι άνθρωποι είναι απαράδεκτοι είχα κάνει μια παραγγελία από το ίντερνετ δεν μου έστειλαν ποτέ το προϊόν,είχα πληρώσει μέσο κάρτας και δεν μου έχουν επιστρέψει ακόμα τα χρήματα μου ενώ τα ζητάω πίσω εδώ και 2 μήνες.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα τηλεφωνική παραγγελία για 2 σετ ριχταρια και 4μαξιλαροθηκες διακοσμητικες. Η συσκευασία τους ήταν προσεγμένη και ποιοτικά είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημενη. Η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική, σίγουρα στο επόμενο διάστημα θα παραγγείλω ξανά!
I made a phone order for 2 sets of throws and 4 decorative pillowcases. Their packaging was meticulous and I am very happy with the quality. The girl on the phone was very kind and helpful, I will definitely order again in the near future!
