siamo stati (3 famiglie) ospiti di Katerina ad agosto 2021. siamo stati benissimo, le case erano perfette e la location mozzafiato. assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Location excellent. Villas very nice and clean. Hospitable owner. Need a car though. Best beach of the island, psili ammos is just below the villas.

Great host, cleaning service must be fixed, and amenities such as coffee maker should be better. Place is wonderful.

Excellent location, beautiful views of Sunrise as well as sunset! View of Chora and of Psili Ammos Beach. Perfect full kitchen and refrigerator. Would have preferred trash service every other day at least but only came every 3 days. Since I cooked a lot there was a lot of trash. If there was a communal bin close by I would have taken the trash out daily on my own. I would definitely like to stay here again if returning.

Following our stay at Aspes I wanted to share with everyone our experience: A. Cleanliness: we could talk about cleanliness if there was cleanliness. The first day the cleaner knocked on the door at 09:30, we did not open the door since we were sleeping and she thought it was appropriate to leave without even taking the garbage. We had to take them to the bucket which is 1.5 km away. Sheets / towels were changed only once in a week, while they had told us every 3 days change (which is funny anyway for accommodation with a charge of 260 € per day). The cleaner never washed the dishes (even on the day he came for cleaning)! As for wiping the floor and cleaning the bathroom they never did it throughout the stay. B. Facilities: I can not remember when was the last time that I stayed in any accommodation and I was told that I have to buy toilet paper myself ("we only provide 3, then you buy yourself"). Let me remind you again that they charge 260 € per night! I'm not even talking about kitchen paper… luxury! The room does not even have a TV or a speaker for music. C. Quality: The towels were either very old or they do not know how to maintain them. The kitchen is practically useless. You cannot tell when it is open or closed, high heat or low heat... There are some exterior windows, in order to cut off the air, which were banging relentlessly. Theoretically we should have opened picked them during night, but the cleaner was not there, nor could we do it alone (we were instructed not to as we would break the system). In order to sleep, we had to close the windows, but we could not sleep as there was no airconditioning in the room! I'm sorry to say this, but this accommodation is one of the worst value for money I've ever visited! For all the above reasons (and even some of lesser importance such as broken items in the bathroom and kitchen utensils) I requested a refund. They acknowledged that there were mistakes by the cleaners or the lady on site, but no intention to refund. STAY AWAY!!! unless you want to enjoy the view at a very high price!!!

Serifos gem. Beside the (gorgeous) view, the beach (one of the most beautiful of the island, if not the first one) and the very quiet environment, Aspes houses have been conceived, built and decorated with taste and a visible search for quality. A very successful tribute paid to the wild beauty of the island.
