A	Artemis Dntd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Νοικιάσαμε ένα αυτοκίνητο μέσω του site προ πληρώνοντας ηλεκτρονικά. Όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάστημα, μας ενημέρωσαν πως το αυτοκίνητο που είχαμε ΉΔΗ ΠΛΗΡΩΣΕΙ, βρισκόταν στο συνεργείο και πως θα ήταν έτοιμο το επόμενο πρωί για να το παραλάβουμε και έτσι μας φόρτωσαν ένα άλλο αρκετά μικρότερο απο αυτό που χρειαζόμασταν. Το αμάξι αυτό ήταν αρκετά κακομεταχειρισμένο και στην πρώτη ανηφόρα που συναντήσαμε τα έφτυσε. Επικοινωνήσαμε ξανά με την επιχείρηση και μας είπαν πως το αμάξι ήταν μια χαρά και να δοκιμάσουμε αλλη μια φορά να το βάλουμε μπρος. Μετά απο λίγη προσπάθεια τα καταφέραμε ωστόσο ανέβαζε συνεχώς στροφές μόνο του. Το επόμενο πρωι επικοινωνούμε εκ νέου με την εταιρία για να ρωτήσουμε αν είναι έτοιμο το αυτοκίνητο που είχαμε αρχικά κλείσει και με τεράστιο ΘΡΑΣΟΣ μας ενημερώνουν πως το έχουν ήδη δώσει αλλού. Αντιεπαγγελματίες το ελάχιστο. Οχι μόνο δεν παραδέχτηκαν το λάθος τους αλλά πήγαν να το φορτώσουν και πάνω μας, και δεν προσπάθησαν ούτε μια φορά να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σωστά. ( Η κριτική ανεφέρεται στο κατάστημα της Αμοργού ΑΛΛΑ μιλήσαμε τηλεφωνικά και με τα κεντρικά στην Αθήνα και είχαμε την ίδια αν όχι χειρότερη αντιμετόπιση) We rented a car through the site before paying electronically. When we arrived at the store, we were informed that the car we had ALREADY PAID was in the garage and that it would be ready the next morning to pick it up, so they loaded us with another much smaller one than we needed. This car was quite misused and on the first uphill we encountered it spat. We contacted the company again and they told us that the car was fine and to try to put it forward once again. After a little effort we managed, however, he was constantly increasing speed on his own. The next morning we contact the company again to ask if the car we had originally booked is ready and with great audacity they inform us that they have already given it elsewhere. Unprofessional at least. Not only did they not admit their mistake but they went and loaded it on us, and did not try even once to serve us properly. (The criticism refers to the store of Amorgos BUT we talked on the phone and with the headquarters in Athens and we had the same if not worse treatment)
e	elena mpouli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη και άνευ επαγγελματισμού συμπεριφορά τόσο από το αφεντικό όσο και από την υπάλληλο. Αναφορικά με την διαδικτυακή κράτηση και πληρωμή αυτοκινήτου για 4 ημέρες (2 ξεχωριστά συμβόλαια απο δύο διαφορετικά άτομα), άλλο αυτοκίνητο κανονίστηκε, άλλο δόθηκε όταν φτάσαμε στο νησί της Αμοργού, χωρίς να έχουμε ενημερωθεί. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, αντί ενός I20, μας δώσανε ένα Nissan Micra το οποίο είχε κατεστραμμένες ταχύτητες και ανέβαζε στροφές στα καλά καθούμενα, γεγονός που το κατέστησε επικίνδυνο. Η υπάλληλος μας ενημέρωσε πως θα το έχουμε στα χέρια μας την επόμενη μέρα καθώς ήταν στο συνεργείο για να φτιαχτεί το air-condition. Την επόμενη μέρα ενώ το πρώτο συμβόλαιο ήταν ακόμη σε ισχύ μας ενημέρωσαν ότι το έδωσαν άλλου και ότι ήταν δικό μας λάθος που δεν το ζητήσαμε νωρίτερα. Να σημειωθεί πως άλλο ένα μέλος της παρέας μας, εν αγνοία της υπαλλήλου είχε κάνει ξεχωριστή κράτηση για άλλες δύο μέρες. Επομένως ζητήσαμε τα χρήματα μας πίσω. Το αφεντικό, κατά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχαμε, ήταν αγενής και προφανώς δεν ήθελε να διευκολύνει τη διαδικασία καθώς φωναζε. Ευτυχώς είχαν την αξιοπρέπεια να τα επιστρέψουν. Δεν το συστήνω!!!! Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from both the boss and the employee. Regarding the online booking and payment of a car for 4 days (2 separate contracts from two different people), another car was arranged, another was given when we arrived on the island of Amorgos, without being informed. More specifically, instead of an I20, they gave us a Nissan Micra which had damaged gears and was accelerating to good seats, which made it dangerous. The employee informed us that we will have it in our hands the next day as she was in the workshop to repair the air-condition. The next day, while the first contract was still in force, they informed us that they had given it to someone else and that it was our fault that we did not ask for it earlier. It should be noted that another member of our company, without the employee's knowledge, had made a separate reservation for another two days. So we asked for our money back. The boss, during the phone call we had, was rude and obviously did not want to facilitate the process as he shouted. Fortunately, they had the dignity to return them. I do not recommend it !!!!
E	Eleni Chereti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Νοικιασαμε αυτοκίνητο από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία από υποκατάστημα στον Πειραιά. Μας παρέδωσαν ένα αμάξι σαράβαλο και πλήρως αναξιόπιστο! Το αμάξι ρεταριζε,προφανώς ο ένας κύλινδρος δεν λειτουργούσε.Στο δρόμο έτρεμε ολόκληρο, προφανώς θέμα ζυγοσταθμινσης και σαζμαν. Πίσω άναβε το ένα φανάρι, το ίδιο και μπροστά με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να μετακινηθουμε νύχτα.Υαλοκαθαριστηρες δεν υπήρχαν!Δεν λειτουργούσε η κόρνα!Η πίσω δεξιά πόρτα δεν άνοιγε και δεξιός καθρέφτης ήταν σπασμένος. Το σύστημα ειδοποίησης ζώνης χτυπούσε συνεχώς ένω εμείς φορουσαμε ζώνες κανονικά. Δεν υπήρχε καλοριφέρ και εσωτερικά ήταν πλήρως παραμελημένο . Επικοινωνησαμε αμέσως μαζί τους και ζητήσαμε αντικατάσταση αλλά μας είπαν ότι αυτό δεν ήταν εφικτό. Εν τέλει πληρώσαμε ένα αυτοκίνητο που είχαμε συνεχώς παρκαρισμένο γιατί φοβόμασταν για την ασφάλεια μας! Η συμπεριφορά πλήρως απαράδεκτη, δεν ήρθαν καν να το παραλάβουν!Έτσι κάναμε τα παράπονα μας τηλεφωνικά.Η απάντηση τους σε όλα αυτά ήταν ότι το αυτοκίνητο μόλις είχε βγει από το συνεργείο! We rented a car from the specific company from a branch in Piraeus. They gave us a car that was full and completely unreliable! The car was malfunctioning, obviously one cylinder was not working. The whole road was shaking, obviously a matter of balance and gear. A traffic light came on at the back, the same at the front, so we could not move at night. There were no windshield wipers! The horn did not work! The rear right door did not open and the right mirror was broken. The belt alarm system was constantly ringing while we were wearing seat belts normally. There was no radiator and inside it was completely neglected. We contacted them immediately and asked for a replacement but they told us that this was not possible. In the end we paid for a car that we had constantly parked because we were afraid for our safety! The behavior was completely unacceptable, they did not even come to pick it up! So we made our complaints over the phone. Their answer to all this was that the car had just left the garage!

So, I return to cancle all the schedule and return the car. I couldn't keep the initial schedule because they couldn't fix it in that day. So, I return the car and they promise to refund the money. But they don't refund it yet and keep saying will refund it during last 2 month. I strongly recommand not to use this company and use other big and noted rent car company.
S	Sauliux zyziux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you will have luck to get car that is somewhat not working or broken (very big chance) - you might be at end paying for its repairs (agency will ask to repair for your own money (you will be force to do that if you away from city and want to use car) and agency will promise to return the money at car return. But it newer happens). After that I can say only one thing. They are thiefs and scammers. Update: month later got refund after this review. So apparently there is someone supervising after all. Updating review to neutral.

J	Jann Röder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the car we got had over 140000km and seems to have had many close encounters with other cars and objects, it seems to have been maintained to an adequate standard. Service was good: the car was delivered to the ferry on time and returning the car at their Athens branch was hassle free. Price was good as well. I would have preferred if they had a full to full petrol policy rather than giving you a car with and empty tank and then tell you to bring it back empty…

The next day we dropped the car at the airport and they were there waiting for us at departures. It was so easy, especially, in what could have been a stressful travel day. Highly recommend!
