Προσωπική περίπτωση : Αγόρασα λεμονοστίφτη ο οποίος παρουσίασε πρόβλημα σε εξάρτημά του ( το είδα αφού πηγα σπίτι το προϊόν) . Το κατάστημα μου ζήτησε φωτογραφία του ελαττωματικού εξαρτήματος και μου το αντικατέστησε χωρίς κόστος. Μπράβο για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Σίγουρα θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω. Excellent professionals both in the normal flow of service and in problems that may arise after the sale. Personal Case: I bought a lemonoscope who experienced a problem with his accessories (I saw it since I came home the product). My store asked for a photo of the defective part and replaced it at no cost. Good for impeccable service. I will definitely re-evaluate them.

Ομολογώ αυτό δε μου έχει ξανασυμβεί, ιδίως σε ηλεκτρονικές αγορές! Όλοι άψογοι και ευγενικοί με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν (διάλεξα ακόμα και την ώρα που με βόλευε). Οι μεταφορείς έλεγξαν τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές μπροστά μου για να βεβαιωθούν ότι όλα είναι εντάξει. Σίγουρα θά το ξαναπροτιμήσω! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα! I bought a washing machine and a microwave oven. The service was immediate. I received the same day, on the other side of Athens, and at the agreed time! I confess this has not happened to me again, especially in online shopping! All impeccable and polite with a willingness to serve (I chose even when it suited me). The conveyors checked the electrical appliances in front of me to make sure everything was OK. I will definitely prefer it again! Highly recommended!
