The teachers and students have a heart of gold. they are united just like a family no one is left behind by him or herself. They really care about the development of there students. The training is all round from JKD techniques/tactics, power training, Pads, Conditioning, realistic aggression scenarios, fitness, relaxation the list goes on. most other schools I have been to even if they were good there was always an area or element missing for example no conditioning or not enough variation or fitness. this school has it all I travel from abroad to come train with this special school I would highly recommend training with this Martial Arts School.
