★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy and unique place! If you would like to taste authentic meals of Greece I can highly recommend the Aster restaurant. Very tasty cuisine with a rather unique menu, fantastic personal, authentic and cozy atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful vegetarian friendly taverna! Call a day or two in advance if you want to dine there for dinner on Friday or Saturday.
They always have great seasonal specials (at least 7 dishes!) and ours was delectable- a strawberry, cherry tomato burrata salad with basil oil and carob rusks!
It’s all small plates, so plan to order at least 3 -5 if you’re dining with two folks! Know that the salads are really big too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Greek restaurants on Troon street. Beautiful atmosphere and very tasty Greek traditional plates with a bit of a modern twist. Ask for the special plates of the day. Waiters are very polite and friendly. A bit pricey for the standards of the area but it’s worth it. I suggest you give it a try and you will not regret it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small, cosy restaurant located in a nice neighborhood of Athens. Great, creative dishes with fresh ingredients. The staff is super friendly, attentive and professional. Highly recommend it for someone who wants to dine like an Athenian ? Will definitely revisit when back to Athens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Cretan restaurant has a wonderful changing menu with daily specials. The staff were very helpful. We sat outside to eat on a February evening, there were heaters to keep us warm. The food was very good, fresh ingredients, interesting recipes and fantastic well balanced courses.
