★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λίγο σαν να βαριούνται την ζωή τους μέσα εκεί. Ειδικά στα εκδοτήρια. Μιλάνε σιγά και μέσα από το τζάμι δεν μπορείς να ακούσεις και όταν ξαναρωτάς για να μάθεις σε κοιτάνε σαν να τους βρίζεις. Το κτελ γενικά στον Έβρο είναι κακό. Μόνο οι εισπράκτορες είναι καλοί, γιατί απαντάνε στον κόσμο όταν τους ρωτάνε, όσοι και να ρωτήσουν, όσο φορές να τους ρωτήσουν.
Μέσα το μέρος μόνο αν πας μπορείς να καταλάβεις... σχεδόν ετοιμόρροπο.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη τηλεφωνική "εξυπηρέτηση", σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη, καθότι απαντούν τηλεφωνικά σπάνια, αν σταθείτε τυχεροί/τυχερές.
Ελλιπής ενημέρωση μέσω του διαδικτύου και καμία ουσιαστική σύνδεση με το αεροδρόμιο που θα έπρεπε να εξυπηρετεί 2-3 φορές την ημέρα ανάλογα με τις πτήσεις, ούτε αφίξεις ούτε αναχωρήσεις.
Υποχρεωνεσαι να πάρεις ταξί εάν δεν έχεις την αντοχή να περιμένεις 2 ώρες κατά την άφιξη ή να να φτάσεις 4 ώρες νωρίτερα κατά την αναχώρηση.
Απαράδεκτοι.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα σας , σήμερα Τρίτη 5 Οκτωβρίου 2021 πήρα από τη Χηλή το αστικό που ερχόταν από το νοσοκομείο στις 4.50 και βίωσα μια δυσάρεστη και οδυνηρή κατάσταση. Όταν φτάσαμε στα παιδαγωγικά τμήματα περίμεναν στη στάση καμιά 100 φοιτητές οι οποίοι ανέβηκαν στο αστικό λεωφορείο , δεν ξέρω πόσοι ανέβηκαν , δεν υπήρχε σπιθαμή ελεύθερη πάνω στο αστικό εν μέσω κορωνοϊού και όταν ρώτησα τους φοιτητές γιατί ανέβηκαν στο λεωφορείο αστικής γραμμής μου είπαν ότι φέτος δεν τους ενημέρωσε το Πανεπιστήμιο αν θα τους χορηγήσει λεωφορείο. Το ίδιο μου είπε και ο οδηγός του αστικού λεωφορείου. Απαράδεκτα πράγματα συμβαίνουν. Το αστικό Κτελ Αλεξανδρούπολης θα πρέπει να βρει μια λύση, ή θα βάλει περισσότερα δρομολόγια ή θα χορηγήσει αστικά μόνο για φοιτητές σε συνεργασία με τα Πανεπιστήμια. Τι φταίμε εμείς που κάνουμε καθημερινά αυτό το δρομολόγιο να καρδιοχτυπούμε κάθε μέρα εν μέσω κορωνοϊού; Παρακαλώ τους υπευθύνους να αναλάβουν δράση.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ικανοποιητικές υπηρεσίες , απαιτείται πύκνωση δρομολογίων στις κύριες γραμμές τις ώρες αιχμής και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού σε θέματα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Χρειάζεται πολύ δουλειά ακόμη για να φθάσει τα οργανωμένα Αστικά ΚΤΕΛ της χώρας.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο αστέρια,γιατι οι οδηγοί στην πλειοψηφία είναι απαράδεκτοι και αγενείς.Χτες συγκεκριμένα στην γραμμή Α1 από αγ βασίλειο για κέντρο ο οδηγός δεν φορούσε μάσκα,ούτε καν στο πιγούνι ( πχ κατεβασμένη για να φάει η να πιει) και ένας επιβάτης που ανέβηκε εννοειται χωρίς μάσκα,δεν υπήρχε καμία υπόδειξη για να φορέσει μάσκα πριν μπει.Πολλοι οδηγοί είναι αγενείς,δεν χαιρετούν καν ενώ ο κόσμος είναι ευγενικός και ξεκινούν το λεωφορείο ενώ εκδίδουν το εισιτήριο και δεν έχει κίνηση πίσω ( μιλάμε για αγ βασίλειο όχι Αθήνα η Θεσσαλονίκη) με αποτέλεσμα εγώ που έχω θέμα με την μέση μου να μην προλαβαίνω καν να πιαστώ και να κάνω ακροβατικά,όπως και άλλοι ηλικιωμένοι που αγχώνονται.Εξαιρω δύο οδηγούς νέους που είναι ευγενεστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί,από ότι έγραψα γιατί ξεχωρίζουν.Απο την στιγμή που πληρώνουμε είναι υποχρεωμένοι τουλάχιστον να τηρούν τα ΔΕΟΝΤΑ και τους βασικούς κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας εν μέσω πανδημίας.
