★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το τμήμα διαβατηρίων δεν είναι εξυπηρετικό. Χρειάστηκα να γίνει έκδοση διαβατηρίων για μένα και τα παιδια μου και αντιμετώπισα άρνηση εξυπηρετησης και αγένεια. Κάλεσα το αντίστοιχο τμήμα Καρδίτσας και ήταν προθυμοι να με εξυπηρετήσουν σε αντίθεση με το τμήμα Τρικάλων. Είναι κρίμα να σπηλώνεται έτσι αυτό το τμημα
The passport department is not helpful. I had to issue passports for myself and my children and faced denial of service and rudeness. I called the respective department of Karditsa and they were willing to serve me in contrast to the department of Trikala. It is a pity that this part is being tarnished like this
