The food is more than ok and the personnel is communicative and helpful.
The only drawback is the distance till the beach.

β β β β β We stayed in new Deluxe building. It was very nice, we had a great, confortable room with well equipped chicinette, and a large terace. Be aware at mosquitos. We bought from a market a device to have a good sleep. Cleaning was done daily. Sheets and towels were changed at 2 days. My little kid put chocolate on the sheets in the same day when was changed, and staff changed it in the next day. A clean and pleasant pool is also here, one more in main building as the restaurant. There is a small garden with grass and flowers. The food was good. In the evening you have to order drinks. The manager in always in the hotel and willing to help. He supervise the staff and try to find solutions for all requests. We liked our vacation here.

β β β β β Positive: Nice hotel, well designed especially for families with kids. The beautiful south beaches are nearby, Potos town is at 500m from the hotel. Maximum of points for cleaning services, a very professional cleaning lady. Good and diverse food with tasteful deserts home made. Many thanks to the staff: Bogdan, Sotiria, Anastasia, congratulations to the manager for selecting good and dedicated employees.. Negative: Nothing really.

β β β β β Positive: We were lucky to be able to upgrade to the Deluxe suite, which has everything you would need for a perfect holiday. The hotel is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking distance tothe two beaches (or 2 min by car). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Adequate measures have been taken in the context of the COVID disease to make everyone feel safe. Overall, we had a great stay and given the opportunity, we would definitely return.. Negative: Ideally, the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly, although it is far from terrible. In the end, we were not very bothered by this and we understood that during the COVID19 situation, things cannot be perfect.Thank you again to the entire staff..

β β β β β Positive: The staff. Negative: The food corresponds to maximum 2 stars hotel. Very low variety- the main issue, not corresponding to 4 stars hotel. I understand from our friends who stayed here in 2012 that previously the food was great. Well this time I think the food was the worst we ever meat in 4 stars hotel..
