★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς το να πάρεις τηλέφωνο για να παραγγείλεις, να δώσεις όνομα και τηλέφωνο, να κανονίσεις τις δουλείες σου ώστε να είσαι εκεί πριν τις 3 που κλείνουν (γιατί εμείς οι υπόλοιποι δεν δουλεύουμε, δεν έχουμε υποχρεώσεις) και μετά να μην έχουν κρατήσει κανένα στοιχείο (ή να τα έχουν χάσει) λέει πολλά για την εκτίμηση που έχουν για τους πελάτες τους. Λυπάμαι, διότι είχα οργανώσει την ημέρα μου να είμαι εκεί πριν τις 3 και ούτε ένα συγγνώμη από τον κύριο που θεώρησε ότι δεν είχα τίποτα καλύτερο να κάνω. Μήπως έπρεπε να ταξιδέψω όσα χιλιόμετρα είναι, να βεβαιωθώ ότι έγραψαν την παραγγελία σε ένα κομμάτι χαρτί (που μάλλον θα το χάσουν ουτώς ή άλλως) και μετά να ξαναπάω? Που ζούμε?
