Ζεστή και φιλόξενη διάθεση με εξυπηρετική πρόθεση σε οτιδήποτε!!Ια το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα! Το κατάλυμα εξυπηρετεί άψογα ανάγκες που αφορούν το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο και βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από αυτό,καθώς και από τους χώρους του Πανεπιστημίου και της φοιτητικής Εστίας!! Pleasant environment with the breath of innovative and light decoration! Warm and hospitable mood with helpful intention in anything !! I highly recommend it! The accommodation serves impeccable needs concerning the University Hospital and is within walking distance from it, as well as from the premises of the University and the Student Dormitory !!

E	Elina Karanasou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλαίσθητα δωμάτια,καινούργια κ ευρύχωρα!Με την πρώτη μάτια ενθουσιαστηκαμε.Δυστυχως μας απογοήτευσε η πλήρης έλλειψη μόνωσης γεγονός που μας άφησε άυπνους 4 μέρες με ένα δίχρονο παιδάκι..καθάριζαν μέσα στο μεσημέρι,τραβούσαν έπιπλα,απ τα διπλανά δωματια(χωρίζονται με μια γύψο σανίδα)ακούς κανονικά απο βήματα και συζήτηση μέχρι ροχαλητό! Στα θετικά,το οτι Ειναι σε καλο σημείο,κοντά στο κέντρο με το αυτοκίνητο Επισης,εχει πάρκινγκ.Το μονο που μας απογοήτευσε ηταν η απίστευτη φασαρία που δεν μας άφησε να ξεκουραστούμε κ οτι στον επάνω όροφο δεν εχει συσκότιση οποτε ετσι κι αλλιως δεν κοιμάσαι μετα τις 8! Τέλος,μετα απο δυο μέρες στο κατάλυμα μας ρώτησαν αν θελουμε καθάρισμα/πετσέτες κτλ κ ενώ ολο το πρωί λείπαμε μπήκαν ξαφνικά στις 3:30 το μεσημέρι να καθαρίσουν ενώ ήμασταν μέσα.Η κυρία ευγενικά αποχώρησε βέβαια,απλα το αναφέρω για του λόγου το αληθές,οτι δηλαδή το μεσημέρι επικρατεί μεγάλη φασαρία Ερχόμαστε πολύ συχνά Γιάννενα κ πραγματικά μου άρεσαν τα δωμάτια αλλα δεν ενδείκνυνται για ξεκούραση κατα την άποψη μου. Elegant rooms, new and spacious! At first we were excited. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the complete lack of insulation, which left us awake for 4 days with a two-year-old child .. they cleaned in the afternoon, pulled furniture, plank) you normally hear from steps and conversation to snoring! On the plus side, it's in a good location, close to the center by car Also, it has parking. The only thing that disappointed us was the incredible noise that did not let us rest and that upstairs there is no blackout so you do not sleep after 8 anyway! Finally, after two days in the accommodation they asked us if we wanted cleaning / towels etc and while we were absent all morning they suddenly came in at 3:30 pm to clean while we were inside. The lady politely left of course, I just mention it for the reason the truth , that is, there is a lot of noise at noon We come to Ioannina very often and I really liked the rooms but they are not suitable for rest in my opinion.
