★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μερος ειναι απίθανο, μπορει να ειναι λιγο μακρυα απο την χωρα και το λιμανι αλλα η θεα και το δωματιο σε αποζημιωνουν. Ο ιδιοκτήτης Ανδρεας ειναι τρομερα εξυπηρετικος φιλοξενος και ευγενεστατος οπως και το υπολοιπο προσωπικό.
Πεντακαθαρο και ανετο.
 The place is incredible, it may be a little far from the country and the port but the view and the room compensate you. The owner Andreas is terribly helpful, hospitable and polite like the rest of the staff.
Very clean and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέρος μαγικό δίπλα στις καλύτερες-έρημες-ανοργάνωτες παραλίες του νησιού (Σημουσί, Σκύλου...). Πολύ ευρύχωρο studio με φανταστική θέα, απόλυτη ηρεμία. Ο Ανδρέας που μας υποδέχτηκε απλά υπέροχος, πρόθυμος σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε και πολύ φιλικός. Το μόνο αρνητικό για όσους ενδιαφέρονται είναι η απόσταση από την χώρα και η κατάβαση-ανάβαση χωματόδρομου προς και από το σπίτι ( 6 min. )
Όταν με το καλό ολοκληρωθεί και η πισίνα θα είναι παράδεισος!!!
A magical place next to the best-desert-unorganized beaches of the island (Simousi, Skylou ...). Very spacious studio with fantastic views, absolute tranquility. Andreas who welcomed us was simply wonderful, eager for what we asked for and very friendly. The only negative for those interested is the distance from the country and the descent-ascent of a dirt road to and from the house (6 min.)
When it is completed with good, the pool will be a paradise !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property was pretty with nice view. However… Accessing the location of the property is more than dangerous. The person responsible welcomed my girlfriend and I at the port and DID see that we were about to rent a motorcycle. He didn't even think of telling us to switch to a car at least since the road to the property is literally for 4x4 cars and nothing else. Better looking at your customer's eyes and not their pockets. In addition, when I was asked about the road and when I told him that it was horrible and dangerous, his excuse was pathetic and I quote: "most of the roads in Kithnos is like this one and unfortunately, the responsible ones haven't flattened it yet". At least mention it on the platform!!! I ended up leaving the property and thankfully I found a real professional and not another amateur.
To be avoided… Thanks, but no thanks
