Ανέλαβαν την επισκευή κάρτας γραφικών με μεγάλη επιτυχία. Το τηλεφωνικό support ήταν γρήγορο, πολύ ευγενικό. Η κάρτα ήταν ακόμα μέσα στην εγγύηση, μου είπαν οτι σε περίπτωση που το κατάστημα στο οποίο την είχα αγοράσει αρνηθεί να με εξυπηρετήσει, θα το αναλάμβαναν αυτοί χωρίς κανένα θέμα. Και όπως το είπαν έγινε. Μπήκαν στη μέση οταν ο vendor μου έκανε νερά και μέσα σε 1 εβδομάδα το πολύ είχα την κάρτα στα χέρια μου. Θέλω να τονίσω οτι το support της Asus δουλεύει πραγματικά και εάν έχετε κάποιο πρόβλημα, μη διστάσετε να τους μιλήσετε!
They undertook the repair of a graphics card with great success. The telephone support was fast, very kind. The card was still in the warranty, I was told that in case the store where I had bought it refused to serve me, they would take it without any issue. And as they said, it happened. They came in the middle when the vendor made me water and within 1 week at most I had the card in my hands. I want to emphasize that Asus support really works and if you have a problem, do not hesitate to talk to them!

Πολύ κακής ποιότητας laptop αγόρασα ένα zenbook και ανεβάζει θερμοκρασία και κάνει restart μόνο του. Είναι το χειρότερο laptop που έχω αγοράσει. Μεγάλη απογοήτευση Lenovo και πάλι Lenovo.
Very poor quality laptop I bought a zenbook and it raises the temperature and restarts itself. It's the worst laptop I've ever bought. Great disappointment Lenovo again Lenovo.

Ζήτησα να μου αλλάξουν μπαταρία από Asus Zenfone 4. Πρώτα τηλεφώνησα και μετά συμπλήρωσα μια φόρμα online. Μου είπαν θα μου απαντήσουν αν μπορούν να βρουν αυτήν την μπαταρία και πέρασαν 2 βδομάδες και δεν έλαβα ούτε email ούτε τηλεφώνημα. Θα μπορούσαν να μου απαντήσουν δεν έχουμε αυτήν την μπαταρία, αλλά με αγνόησαν τελείως!
I asked them to change my battery from Asus Zenfone 4. First I called and then I filled out an online form. I was told they would answer if they could find this battery and 2 weeks passed and I received neither email nor phone call. They could tell me we do not have this battery, but they completely ignored me!

Δεν ενδιαφέρονται για το πρόβλημά σου. Νοοτροπία κακού δημοσίου υπαλλήλου παλαιών ετών. Μη επάρκεια ανταλλακτικών για laptop που έχει αγοραστεί πριν από 4 χρόνια από το public 2300€ και όχι από στοκ σκρουτζομάγαζου.
They are not interested in your problem. The mentality of a bad civil servant of old years. Insufficiency of spare parts for laptop that was bought 4 years ago from the public 2300 € and not from a stock of a scrooge shop.

I purchased the TUF GAMING FX706L It's been one problem after another starting within 3 weeks of purchase. The problem is hardware from what 3 computer technicians that looked at the blue screen error messages told me. They said it's a serious issue and anything that Asus does will only be a temporary solution. Instead of replacing it, Asus Greece solution is to return it for service again! Obviously they are trying to waste time for my warranty to expire. Dear Owner, in answer to your response. I have been in contact with your support rep. Mr. Sokratis just about everyday for weeks now. Would you be satisfied if you spent money to purchase a new laptop, paid twice to have programs installed to be told to contact support and ship it back again? You can't have a face to face appointment, they don't have spare parts for laptops older than 3 years, you have to send your PC by courier and receive it back the same way even if you stay next door.
