★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won’t argue on the style of the shoes themselves but the customer service, from the person who I’d assume was the owner, was rude, aggressive and condescending when attempting to exchange the shoes. The shoes had been walked in for only one block after which there was no visible change in the shoes (soles etc) but there was complete evidence of the shoes cutting the tops of both of my feet. Frustratingly, the woman would not even glance at the shoes to attempt to resolve the circumstances. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrible customer service. I went inside tried a couple of sandals, and the lady could not even make a suggestion, I felt invisible. Although I was about to buy a pair of sandals I changed my mind, and I bought the same pair in a place 5minutes away. It was cheaper 55euro from 65, and with a great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here after seeing some positive reviews and pictures online or style they had. This place was wonderful! I had one pair customized for my style and also bought 2 others as they were. I was a little nervous they wouldn’t be very comfortable when I felt the sole with my hand, but I worn one pair the first night and they were surprisingly comfortable. (And not just ok-enough for a few hours, they felt really good! I wore them for 7 hours walking around and they felt good the whole time)
He people who helped us here were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area to stop by and get custom sandals or any of the cute styles they already have
