K	Kuba Kubikula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the hotel online, booking dates got messed up after four redirects. When I came within an hour and learned about the problem, hotel staff did not offer any discount for my stay, did not offer any refund.. So I turned around and found another nice hotel which was at a much better location and certainly did deserve it's 4 stars. It was not their fault but instead of trying to find a way how to keep a paying customer, they just wanted more money for what I would call no service at all.
E	Eleni Panagioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view from our balcony was spectacular and the location of the hotel very convenient as it is only walking distance from Plaka and Monastraki. However, breakfast was not good at all, nothing we tried was fresh and quality was really bad. The room and balcony was not well cleaned, there was dust everywhere. Overall, I would say that it qualifies for a 3 star hotel.
K	Kian H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience wasn't exactly satisfactory . You expect to get a room in a luxury hotel for 85 euros but surely broken and unsanitary conditions are not what you expect . The hotel promises a pot in every room so you can make coffee or tea but that was nowhere to be found , I don't know if it's covid related but their site didn't say anything more about it . After 12 at night for some reason there was no sufficient warm water to wash and at the same time their breakfast was cold from the boiled eggs to the mushrooms and the bacon and trust me I was there at nine in the morning . For its price it was not worth it for me , I don't know if they judge based on appearance and then give you a room but that was surely not what I expected from a hotel that calls itself "luxury"

The bathroom shows that is old and the hot water has issues no matter if I said more times that is not working was never fixed on my 3 days stay. The staff is polite but is very disturbing the chat happening among the staff in the reception like they are in a bar... The breakfast and the gym is really good. The hotel doesn't deserve the description of 5stars hotel or the word luxury and price quality ratio far from reality.
S	Stang Crazy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was clean and ok location. Restaurant food was terrible and service was poor but view was good. Just get drinks at bar for the view don’t order food, much better options out there.
m	megan gilbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view from the roof terrace and from our balcony apartment, room was spacious however the shower temperature was an issue, going from hot to cold in seconds, the main sink was also filthy. The restaurant was okay, friendly staff with a hotel discount, however the menu is highly limited. Location was also okay, not in the most pleasant area but easy to walk into the main city area.
A	Arul Selvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were polite and friendly and were able to accomodate early check-in since our flight arrived in the morning and the check-in time is 3pm. The hotel has a restaurant at top which has a great view of Parthenon especially at night when it is lit (see the picture attached). As per hotel stay, while the rooms are comfortable and spacious, I am disappointed that the room service was poor; we asked to clean the room when we left in the morning it looked pretty much like it was when we returned back! Also one thing that bothered me a lot during our stay is not being able to have a cup of coffee in the room. Sure, I can go outside or upstairs to get coffee but I like to have my coffee when I wake up in the morning; it's not too much to ask for a coffee in a room in a hotel with "Luxury" in their name :)
I	Isabelle Brückel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think about a 5* hotel, I would have expected a little bit more. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but our room was not ready at check-in and we were asked to wait on the rooftop bar for a coffee which was not paid in the end. The room itself was nice and clean and a modern bathroom, but the shower head was not working correctly as water was coming out of several areas. The breakfast at the rooftop area was okay, you had choices between several types of eggs, meat, bread and different toppings for your yoghurt. The coffee was freshly made and really nice. The surrounding area is not really what we were expecting, but you could walk in only 10 minutes to the main square with lots of restaurants and shops.
