Η εμπειρία ήταν υπέροχη. Τους ευχαριστώ πολύ. I did not have a hard time finding my wedding dress. The staff helped me find the wedding dresses of my taste and get a perfect result. The experience was wonderful. Thank you very much.

Μας υποδέχτηκαν με χαμόγελο και αν σχεδόν τελευταία στιγμή εκαναν τα αδύνατα δυνατά να αποκτήσω το νυφικό που ονειρεύτηκα !!!! Η κυρία Κατερίνα δίπλα μου από την αρχή έως το τέλος αν και plus-size νύφη κατάφερε και να με καθησυχάσει ότι σίγουρα θα βρούμε νυφικό το οποίο θα είναι το τέλειο για εμένα και όντως έτσι έγινε !!! Άριστα καταρτισμένο προσωπικό πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια !!!! Η κυρία Μαρία η οποία μου έραψε και το νυφικό έκανε απίστευτη δουλειά !!! Με την ευγένεια και το χιούμορ της έδιωχνε κάθε άγχος που είχα ως νυφη !!! Είσαστε όλοι σας υπέροχη !!! Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο και να συνεχίσετε έτσι !!!
Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ ΦΡΑΓΚ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ύφος και απρόσωπη εξυπηρέτηση που αγγίζει τα όρια της αγενειας. Το μετάνιωσα που αγόρασα από εδώ το νυφικό μου. Σε κάθε πρόβα μου δημιουργούσαν άγχος με την συμπεριφορά τους και δεν το ευχαριστήθηκα καθόλου. Οι μοναδικές που αξίζουν είναι η κα Κατερίνα και η κα Δήμητρα η μοδίστρα. Επισης, θεωρώ απαράδεκτο όταν αγοράζεις ένα νυφικό και δίνεις αρκετά χρήματα να μην σου παρέχουν αξεσουάρ και πέπλο όπως κάνουν στους περισσότερους οικους( που είναι κ μεγαλύτεροι). Μου έδιναν μόνο ένα απλό πέπλο κ στην ουσία σε αναγκάζουν να δώσεις επιπλέον χρήματα για κάτι που σου αρέσει. Δε θα το πρότεινα σε καμία νυφη. Lots of style and impersonal service that reaches the limits of rudeness. I regretted buying my wedding dress here. In every rehearsal they made me anxious with their behavior and I did not enjoy it at all. The only ones who deserve it are Mrs. Katerina and Mrs. Dimitra the seamstress. Also, I find it unacceptable when you buy a wedding dress and give enough money not to provide accessories and veil as they do in most homes (which are even older). They only gave me a simple veil and in essence they force you to give extra money for something you like. I would not recommend it to any bride.

Very beutiful rooms to try on dresses, beutiful dresses, clean and fresh. High in price but this is Kolonaki. Found same dress in different store 600€ cheaper.

K	Katerina Lygourioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep in mind to only book an appointment if your wedding is planned within the next 4 months and the date is set to the minute. They currently have only a limited range of dresses to show, because of all the weddings happening in short notice. These are the reasons why they cancelled my appointment, since I have to replan and my wedding doesn't take place for another year. I am planning my wedding by myself in Greece while living outside of Greece and visiting occasionally and as needed, so a cancelled meeting (they basically kicked us out) is extremely frustrating for me. I also didn't really feel heard or respected from the shop manager, so I can't give more than 1 stars to my experience with them and I won't be going back. Best of luck to all the brides - I was probably just unlucky, since the majority here is giving positive reviews!
