Nice environment, employees with reefs, a place to think about because dress code is not always unfair to employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ μηπως να μεριμνουσατε να ειναι εφικτη η προσβαση στο δικτυακο σας τόπο , μετα το περαςν του ωραριου της υπηρεσιας; τα δικηγορικα πχ γραφεια και οχι μονο χρειαζονται πληροφοριες ολο το 24ωρο. θα το θεωρουσα ιδιαιτερη τιμη αν μου απαντουσατε σε τι περιστατικο οφειλεται η συστηματικη αδυναμια προσβασης στον δικτυακο τοπο του ΕΒΕΑ μετα τις 4 το απογευμα. με τιμη.
Did you make sure that your site was accessible after the end of the office hours? Law firms eg not only need information 24 hours a day. I would consider it a special honor if you would answer me on the occasion of the systematic inability to access the EBEA website after 4pm. with price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθυστέρησαν χρονικά να μου απαντήσουν (τηλεφωνικώς όπως επιλέγουν οι ίδιοι) σε ηλεκτρονικό μου αίτημα και δεν υπήρξε επιβεβαίωση ότι το παραλάβανε (κάτι σαν πρωτόκολλο) ώστε να ξέρω ότι είναι ενημερωμένοι για την υπόθεσή μου και ασφαλώς καμία χρονική δέσμευση για την απάντηση!!
Άρα θα έπρεπε να έχω γνώση (μέσω email) ότι το παραλαβανε και έναν χρονικό ορίζοντα απάντησης!!Διαπίστωσα λοιπόν ότι υπάρχει έλλειψη ευκρίνειας των διαδικασιών, ταχύτητα και μη γραφειοκρατική διάθεση!!!
They were late in responding to me (by phone as they choose) to my electronic request and there was no confirmation that they received it (something like a protocol) so that I know that they are informed about my case and of course no time commitment for the answer !!
So I should have known (via email) that they received it and a response time horizon !! So I found that there is a lack of clarity of procedures, speed and non-bureaucratic mood !!!
