Αφού αγόρασα γυαλιά δικά μου, του μικρού και της γιαγιάς, αφού τους πήγα γυαλιά για σέρβις, μπορώ να πω ότι όλοι οι υπάλληλοι, ειδικά ο Κώστας, είναι άψογοι επαγγελματίες. Ειδικά ικανοποιημένος έμεινα από την εκτέλεση συνταγής μου για γυαλιά με πολυεστιακούς φακούς, που τους πέτυχε με τη μια , σε αντίθεση με δυο προηγούμενα καταστήματα οπτικών που μου είχαν φτιάξει πολυεστιακούς φακούς που κατέληξαν στα σκουπίδια. Συνοψίζοντας , άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και καλές τιμές, τόσο στα ηλίου όσο και στις συνταγές. It is the best optical store in the Southern Suburbs. Πήρα ένα αρκετά ακριβό. Το θέμα είναι ότι δεν κράτησε πάνω από έξι μήνες καθώς σπάσανε και οι δύο βραχίονες από τα γυαλια μου. Βέβαια δεν μου υποσχέθηκαν καμία εγγύηση σε περίπτωση οτιδήποτης ζημιάς. Όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο και ήθελα να μάθω αν υπάρχει ανταλλακτικά μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχουν και ας είναι καινούργια να ήταν. Τέλος πάντων δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένος όσο θα ήθελα. Έτσι αναγκάστηκα να αγοράσω νέο σκελετό με τα μισά χρήματα λόγω των ιδιαίτερων φακών. Good evening, I would like to share with you my experience, I chose this store as they promised me a good discount and so I preferred it. I got a pretty expensive one. The thing is, it didn't last more than six months as both arms of my glasses broke. Of course they did not promise me any guarantee in case of any damage. When I got on the phone and wanted to know if there were any spare parts, they told me that they did not exist, even if they were new. Anyway I was not as satisfied as I would have liked. So I had to buy a new frame for half the money because of the special lenses.

ε	ελενη τσεκουρα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άφησα τα γυαλιά της κόρης μου για να αλλαχθεί ένα τζαμακι από τα δύο. Μου είπαν ότι θα τα είναι έτοιμα και θα τα έχω μετα από 3 ημέρες. Από τις 6/12 είναι σήμερα 22/12 και δεν έχουν έρθει ακόμη. Αρχικά δεν ήξεραν πού είναι η παραγγελία (γιατί την είχα προπληρώσει)και μετά δεν τους έστελναν λέει το τζαμακι από το εργοστάσιο.Οσες φορές πήρα τηλέφωνο έλεγχαν το εργαστήριο τους.Χθες μου υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα παραδοθουν σήμερα 12 με 3. Δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Τους παίρνω τηλεφωνο και τώρα ψάχνουν να δουν τι έγινε με το κούριερ. Η κόρη μου εξαιτίας τους έχασε 15 μέρες που θα έκλεινε το μάτι της για 2 ώρες κάθε μέρα για 12 μήνες.Πειτε μου αν αυτό πληρώνεται η αν λύνεται με μια συγνώμη. Πραγματικά λυπάμαι.
