The ride is quite boring and goes on the main (usually congested) roads. The guide is not interesting and neither are the different stops.

Do not waste your money.
Tour guides are awful - all they do is point out some things. At one point, she didn't talk for 15 mins.
Route is rubbish - we hardly saw anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for young children. It was a nice enough tour and the train itself is cute but I struggled to hear the spoken guide as the audio quality of the speaker system was low. The children seemed to really enjoy it (aged 4 and 6) and they got to ring the bell at the end so a good photo op there too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At busy times, you are mostly stuck in traffic. The route taken by the train is a very noisy and congested one. You can barely hear the announcements. Besides, since the carriages have open windows, you inhale most of the pollution from the traffic as well as the noise diesel engine propelling the train itself.
Not fun. Probably acceptable during quieter times of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to ride the train twice with our toddler around 4-7pm during different sunny weekdays in March 2022 and both times the train had an operational issue and did not run. Very dissapointing since we planned our days around this and there was not previous announcement from the company, we just found out when we tried to book the tickets before the ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite simply terrible! A 40 minute tour, of which half an hour at least, is spent in traffic. The commentary is practically non-existent and the most awful feedback from the microphone means the ride is far from comfortable. There is a constant loud screeching sound emitting from the speakers. When this was pointed out to our guide, she said “sorry, but…” and shrugged it off. A terrible experience and one that is best avoided. There is nothing ‘happy’ about this miserable train ride.
