Η	Ηλιανα Σαραφ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόνο η λέξη "ντροπή " μπορεί να περιγραψει αυτή τη Δημόσια υπηρεσία. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πως γίνεται να εργάζονται μέσα 4-5 άτομα αλλά να εξυπηρετουν ΜΟΝΟ 2 άτομα. Έξω 5 °C είχε παγωσει ο κόσμος και κάθε μισή ώρα έμπαινε κι ένας. Στα σχολεία 20 άτομα σε κάθε αίθουσα, στα λεωφορεία 80 άτομα εκεί μόνο 6 άτομα. Καμιά λογική!! Only the word "shame" can describe this Public Service. I can not understand how it is possible for 4-5 people to work inside but to serve ONLY 2 people. Outside 5 ° C the people were frozen and every half hour one came in. In schools 20 people in each room, in buses 80 people there only 6 people. No logic !!

J	Jonathan Izard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang to arrange an appointment and was advised simply to turn up. The next day I went. My wait in the queue was only about ten minutes. Once inside I was seen by an extremely friendly and helpful member of staff who was able to advise and resolve my query in another ten minutes. My Greek is almost non-existent and although the person I saw apologised for her English it was easily good enough for our meeting. We even had a few laughs. This was a simple, pleasant and efficient process and I am thoroughly happy with how it went. Thank you.
