★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not mention the area as it was a shocking area. I am reviewing the hotel, the staff were amazing and very helpful. Katorina on the front desk was superb, very helpful and friendly. The waiting staff were always helpful and smiled all day. The food was great for breakfast, one thing was that the hot selection could have been more.
The rooms were great and we'll insulated from the traffic. The bed was excellent and very clean. The rooms were cleaned daily, only thing that I would have liked was a room folder with instructions and local information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgraceful. Cancelled my parents holiday with 1 days notice. Booked 3 months in advance. Called to ask for help. Told there was nothing that could be done and was hung up on by the rude phone staff member. Disgraceful. Do not go here.

The room was great i guess .
The bathroom was very good.
The receptionist guy “Konstantinos” was very welcoming and very kind and helpful .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and adequate size. They will order taxi services for you which l highly recommend. Hotel is too close to an area where a lot of homeless gather. Not safe to walk around at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully refurbished, well equipped cozy hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms are very good.
Do I ever prefer this hotel? Definitely not until the government clean up the surrounding streets. the roads next to the hotel are junky heaven. Bad smell, junky crowd, noise...
Pity for this beautiful hotel...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean, with big mirrors, good lights and climate control system. Service is on the top, all the staff (reception, dinning room, cleaning ladies) are very friendly and polite.
The only one problem that there is bad noise isolation - unfortunately I heard all the noise from the building next to the hotel, where workers do renovation. Also I can understand that the hotel can't influence on it, but the area next to the hotel is a bit dangerous at night (the whole centre is dangerous, not just this place), dirty and bad smell due to homeless and drug addicted people. But the police station is 100 metres from hotel, so nothing to worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, great breakfast and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged a transfer car and 2 breakfast packs on the morning we left Athens to travel to Mykonos. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Even though it was a great location close to
Tourist sites, the neighbourhood was a bit dodgy. However we never felt unsafe and Hotel had excellent security.
