★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα πήγα πρώτη φορά για προπόνηση (συγκεκριμένα για το backflip workshop) και μόνο καλά έχω να πω! Καταπληκτικοί προπονητές, δίνουν τεράστια σημασία μέχρι και στην πιο μικρή λεπτομέρεια με αποτέλεσμα ο αθλητής να εξελίσσεται πάρα πολύ γρήγορα και με ασφάλεια :)
 Today I went first for training (specifically for the backflip workshop) and I just have a good time to say! Amazing coaches give tremendous significance to the smallest detail, with the result that the athlete is developing very fast and safely :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το συγκεκριμένο Athens Parkour δεν τό γνωρίζω, καί δεν έχει καμία σχέση με αυτό τού Χαλανδρίου, πού είχα την ατυχία να έχω ενοικιαστές οι οποίοι έφεραν τήν επωνυμία ως θυγατρική εταιρεία,ParGourou.
Επομένως δεν έχει καμία απολύτως σχέση.
I do not know this particular Athens Parkour, and it has nothing to do with that of Halandri, where I had the misfortune to have tenants who bore the name as a subsidiary, ParGourou.
So it has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Excellent phase, another point on the map of Athenian culture! The space and the coaches offer the best for the improvement of your physical condition and your entertainment! Definitely a must visit! Very close to the metro station Agios Ioannis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Athens, Greece for vacation and met up with the parkour community there. They have outdoor meetups every weekend. Check out their gym as well. The folks there are very nice and are fun to have parkour jams with. Support their parkour community and gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been to Athens Parkour Academy numerous times I can testify of the high standards of teaching Panos, Andreas and Vasilis deliver.
In 2018 in collaboration with Panos I taught an Oxygen Advantage Breathing workshop there. The images was from that 4 hours long workshop.
