Θα σας ξανά προτιμήσω Very good service from this store. I had ordered 2 cases for my husband and I's cell phone and 2 months later nothing has happened !! I will prefer you again

Τα προϊόντα τα έχω παραλάβει άμεσα κ σε καλή κατάσταση. Το τελευταίο προϊόν είναι αυτό το φωτιστικό βιβλίο.... Very good service from the staff, nice products at very good prices. This is the second time I've got something from the Athens Shop and I'm very happy. I have received the products immediately and in good condition. The latest product is this lighting book ....
i	irene karagianniannni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ενα αστερακι αφορα στην ευγενεια της κοπελας στην πρωτη τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια που ειχαμε, μετα την ηλ. παραγγελια, για μια διευκρινιση. Η παραγγελια αφορουσε ασυρματα ακουστικα, αυτα πληρωσα κιολας. 2 ζευγαρια, που ηρθαν και σε λαθος χρωμα, αλλα και οχι ασύρματα, Bluetooth κλπ κλπ. Το χειροτερο ηταν οτι δεν ανταποκριθηκαν ποτε εκ τοτε τηλεφωνικα, αλλα ουτε απαντησαν στο email που τους εστειλα μηπως βρισκαμε ακρη.. Κακο.. Καλη χρονια με περισσοτερη συνέπεια! One asterisk refers to the kindness of the girl in the first telephone communication we had, after the e-orders, for a clarification. The order was for wireless headphones, I already paid for them. 2 pairs, which came in the wrong color, but also not wireless, Bluetooth etc etc. The worst thing was that they never answered by phone since then, but they did not respond to the email I sent them lest we be on the edge .. Bad.. Happy New Year with more consistency!

Αφού περίμενα σχεδόν 2 εβδομάδες για να μου παραδώσουν ένα προϊόν που είχαν διαθέσιμο (και που είχα πληρώσει) κι ενώ μετά από μια εβδομάδα που επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μου είπαν πως μόλις το είχαν παραλάβει από τον προμηθευτή τους κι ότι ο προμηθευτής έφταιγε για την καθυστέρηση και ότι ο courier θα μου το παρέδιδε τις προσεχείς ημέρες, έλαβα σήμερα απλά ένα email ότι προχωρούν σε διαδικασία επιστροφής χρημάτων χωρίς να αναφέρουν ούτε τον λόγο, ούτε να έχω κάποια άλλη ενημέρωση. Το 1 αστέρι φυσικά είναι μόνο και μόνο επειδή δε μπορεί διαφορετικά να ολοκληρωθεί η ανάρτηση, αλλιώς δε θα έβαζα κανένα φυσικά. Unacceptable! After I waited almost 2 weeks for them to deliver a product that they had available (and that I had paid for) and while after a week I contacted them they told me that they had just received it from their supplier and that the supplier was to blame for the delay and that the courier would deliver it to me in the coming days, I just received an email today that they are proceeding with a refund process without mentioning either the reason or having any other information. The 1 star of course is only because the post can not be completed otherwise, otherwise I would not put any of course.
Ζ	Ζωγραφίνα Πολυχρονίδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΜΗΝ ΨΩΝΙΣΕΤΕ ΠΟΤΕ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΟ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ. Είχα αγοράσει έναν προτζέκτορα τον Ιανουάριο ο οποίος ήταν ελαττωματικός! Το κατάστημα παραδέχτηκε ότι το μηχάνημα δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά και είπε ότι θα γίνει αντικατάσταση. Έχουν περάσει 5 μήνες σχεδόν και μετά από χιλιάδες τηλεφωνήματα (ΕΑΝ το σηκώσουν) και κοροϊδία μέσω τηλεφώνου ακόμα δεν έχουμε λάβει την αντικατάσταση. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΑΔΙΑΝΟΗΤΟ ΑΥΤΟ ΠΟΥ ΣΥΜΒΑΙΝΕΙ.Αντιεπαγγελματίες , ανοργάνωτοι και αγενείς . NEVER SHOP FROM THIS STORE. I had bought a projector in January which was defective! The store admitted that the machine was not working properly and said that it would be replaced. It has been almost 5 months and after thousands of phone calls (IF they pick it up) and phone joke we still have not received the replacement. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNDERSTANDABLE WHAT HAPPENS. Unprofessional, disorganized and rude.

S	Spiros Koukousoulas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)Από τα ομορφότερα καταστήματα στο είδος του στο Χαλάνδρι! 2)Ευγενικό προσωπικό με καλή εξυπηρέτηση. 3)Πήρα ακουστικά ασύρματα σε φανταστική τιμή και ενώ λόγο της τιμής τους περίμενα να ήταν κάνα φθηνιάρικο προϊόν αλλά τελικά ήταν πολύ καλύτερα από ότι θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ και έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !! 1) One of the most beautiful shops of its kind in Chalandri! 2) Kind staff with good service. 3) I got wireless headphones at a fantastic price and while because of their price I expected them to be a cheap product but in the end they were much better than I could have imagined and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend it !!
