★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used their services more than a few times in the past three years. Usually punctual and helpful regardless of few mistakes here and there that they fix once you bring your documents back to them and point out the errors.
Yet today something really strange happened after I showed them the documents I wanted translated they went back to the back office then came back to me with a price that was 50% more expensive and they wanted a down payment and they were rude when I asked about the cause...
So they lost a customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprecise translation and many mistakes they made on my document for my marriage. Important information like document number, name, date and address were all wrong. Feels like they don't know Chinese at all, they just use Google to translate...and in the end I translated myself and my husband and we brought to them to just put the stamp.This is how I paid 60 Euro for just the stamp. And they even put the stamp without the presence of the lawyer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad translation Spanish -French they made of my diploma. I think they didn't have a translator in these languages so they used Google translate. The translation was made word by word and with a lot of mistakes, they didn't translate some words which appeared in Spanish in the final document, this of course because Google translate didn't translate well due to similarities in both languages. I sent my diploma to another center specialized in Spanish -French and the result was very different. Shame!
