R	Rainer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben in dem Loft im Mai 2022 für 2 Nächte gewohnt. Es liegt nahe der Akropolis auf der obersten Etage eines Wohnhauses in der Straße Tharipou. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug. Wir erhielten den Wohnungsschlüssel persönlich von der freundlichen Eigentümerin bei Ankunft. Sie zeigte uns die Ausstattung des Lofts, gab uns einen Stadtplan vom Zentrum Athens und schlug uns für unseren 2 tägigen Aufenthalt Wege zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants vor. Ihre Vorschläge fanden wir sehr gut und haben sie zu Fuß gut umsetzen können. Die Wohnung ist modern und funktionell ausgestattet. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken reichte uns vollkommen aus. Das Bad liegt mit einer Stufe etwas höher als der Rest der Wohnung. Eine großzügige, grüne Dachterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Lounchecke mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Akropolis haben uns begeistert. Elektrisch betriebene Markisen geben bei Bedarf Schatten. Nach Ende der Mietzeit brauchten wir nur den Schlüssel in der Wohnung liegen lassen. Eine Übergabe war nicht erforderlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. We stayed in the loft for 2 nights in May 2022. It is located near the Acropolis on the top floor of a residential building on Tharipou Street. The house has an elevator. We received the apartment key personally from the friendly owner upon arrival. She showed us the facilities of the loft, gave us a map of central Athens and suggested routes to the main attractions and restaurants for our 2 night stay. We found your suggestions very good and were able to implement them on foot. The apartment is modern and functional. A small bathroom with shower and sink was enough for us. The bathroom is one step higher than the rest of the apartment. A spacious, green roof terrace with table and chairs and a lounge corner with a wonderful view of the Acropolis inspired us. Electrically operated awnings provide shade if required. At the end of the rental period we only had to leave the key in the apartment. A handover was not necessary. We would come back anytime.

The loft itself is in a very good location, nicely decorated and well equipped. It's a bit too small for a couple especially during bad weather when the use of balcony is limited. However we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The loft is located near the museum of contemporary art, an area, where you find everything you need and the transportation to all the spots of interest was very easy! The loft is modern, cosy, felt like home. The terrace is wonderful! We sat every night enjoying the beautiful view of Athens and Acropolis! Many thanks to Konstantina who was super helpful and caring our during our stay making sure we have everything we need! I recommend you stay at the loft!
