A	Anna Petroleka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατη η κυρία που δουλεύει εκεί (μάλλον η ιδιοκτητρια). Μια φορά μου ειχε μιλήσει απότομα επειδή δεν της έφερα αρχείο προς εκτύπωση στην μορφή που την βόλευε, και δεύτερη φορά, πάλι αφού ζήτησα να εκτυπωσουμε ενα αρχείο μου είπε αυτολεξει "μια μια σελίδα πρέπει να εκτυπωνω; Καθε σελίδα θέλει 4 κινήσεις για να εκτυπωθει. Θα φαω ολη μου τη μερα", καθώς φαίνεται μαλλον δεν την βόλευε παλι η μορφή του αρχείου. Έτσι εφυγα απευθείας. Ισως να την δικιολογουσα την πρώτη φορά, αν και ο τρόπος της ήταν απαράδεκτος, μιας και μου είπε ότι έχει να εκτυπώσει διπλωματικες και δεν μπορούσε να ασχοληθεί μαζί μου. Την δεύτερη φορά ήμουν η μόνη πελατισσα. The lady who works there (rather the owner) is unborn. One time she spoke to me abruptly because I didn't bring her a file to print in the form that suited her, and the second time, after I asked to print a file, she said to herself, "Should I print a page? Every page needs 4 moves to print." I'll eat it all day ", as it probably didn't fit the file format again. So I left directly. I may have been soliciting her for the first time, though her manner was unacceptable, since she told me she had to print diplomats and couldn't deal with me. The second time I was the only customer.

Γ	Γιαννης Σταυρακης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω εάν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο ένα συγκεκριμένο βιβλίο και μου απάντησαν ότι υπάρχει στο κατάστημα ετοικοπαράδωτο. Πηγαίνοντας λοιπόν να το παραλάβω την ίδια μέρα αργότερα το απόγευμα, μου λένε ότι το βιβλίο που ψάχνω δεν το πουλάνε, το μόνο που μπορώ να σκεφτώ είναι να μπερδεύτηκαν στο τηλέφωνο... Κρίμα την ταλαιπωρία που έφαγα... I got on the phone to ask if a specific book is available and they answered that there is a delivery service in the store. So when I go to pick it up the same day later in the afternoon, they tell me that they are not selling the book I am looking for, all I can think about is that they were confused on the phone ... Too bad the inconvenience I ate ...
K	Kostas Gk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να βάλω μηδέν αστέρια, θα έβαζα. Η κυρία που ήταν εκεί, ήταν αγενέστατη και επιθετική. Όταν ζήτησα εκτύπωση, ενώ τα αρχεία ήταν pdf έλεγε με εριστικό ύφος ότι δε βγάζει το εικονίδιο και ότι δεν είναι pdf. Προφανώς όταν δοκίμασα να τα ανοίξω στον υπολογιστή της, ανοίξανε κανονικά. Στην συνέχεια, η κοστολόγηση των εκτυπώσεων έγινε υπολογίζοντας ΜΕ ΤΟ ΜΆΤΙ πόσο μελάνι χάλασε σε κάθε εκτύπωση. 1.5€ για 5 εκτυπώσεις. Δε το προτείνω σε κανέναν, εύχομαι η κατάσταση να βελτιωθεί κάποια στιγμή If I could put zero stars, I would. The lady who was there was very rude and aggressive. When I asked for printing, while the files were pdf, it said in a divisive way that it does not show the icon and that it is not a pdf. Obviously when I tried to open them on her computer, they opened normally. Then, the costing of the prints was done by calculating WITH THE EYE how much ink was damaged in each print. 1.5 € for 5 prints. I do not recommend it to anyone, I hope the situation improves at some point
F	Fotis Papadopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο το ύφος και η συμπεριφορά της "κυρίας" που εργαζόταν όταν πήγα για μια εκτύπωση. Της ζήτησα μια ασπρόμαυρη εκτύπωση και με ύφος μου είπε ότι το usb που της έδωσα είναι σπασμένο, ενώ κουμπώνει φυσιολογικά. Δεν μπήκε καν στον κόπο να το δοκιμάσει ενώ το χρειαζομουν επειγόντως το έγγραφο την δεδομένη στιγμή και μου είπε να της το στείλω σε mail όπως κάνει συνήθως ο κόσμος... Συγγνώμη που σε ταλαιπώρησα κι όλας ενώ αυτή είναι η δουλειά σου. Με απλά λόγια, μακριά από κάτι τέτοιους μίζερους που έχουν επιχειρήσεις και δεν προθυμοποιουνται να εξυπηρετήσουν έναν πελάτη. Unacceptable style and behavior of the "lady" who worked when I went for a print. I asked her for a black and white print and she told me in style that the usb I gave her is broken, while it clicks normally. She did not even bother to try it while I urgently needed the document at the time and she told me to send it to her by mail as people usually do ... Sorry to bother you all while this is your job. Simply put, away from such miserable people who have businesses and are unwilling to serve a customer.
