Positive: Roula was very friendly and helpful and the room was really nice. It is right next to the metro so it's super easy to get to the airport or the centre of the city and I found it easy to walk to the central areas. You also get free access to the kitchen to make coffee or breakfast..

Positive: Lovely welcome felt safe as it was very clean very quirky. Negative: Lucky this time as there were only two other guests , I wouldn’t have liked to share the bathroom , but would stay again if not busy ..

Positive: A quirky hotel in a great location. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to airport, Pireaus and city attractions. All essentials available in bathroom and kitchen Close to Metro, supermarket and decent coffee shops and patisseries.. Negative: Have to say I missed the fact that it was a shared bathroom, which was not a problem for us as we were the only people there! Would have appreciated use of a hair drier..

Positive: Lovely made apartments, everything clean and nicely decorated. Self made breakfast that you can enjoy on your own balcony. The landlords always offered their help and recommended us a great Restaurant in athens.

Positive: Loved how close this was to the metro, and near many cafes. Owners were super friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. We pretty much had the bathroom to ourselves no issue trying to plan out when we could use it to shower or anything, same with the kitchen; cute kitchen area. Very accommodating in trying to help us especially since we had a later flight which meant a little later checkout.. Negative: Felt like we were sleeping on wood or the floor, bed was not comfortable. Wish there was a light above the bathtub as it was dark and I don't shower with my glasses on so if I needed to shave my legs or something it was hard to see. Wish there was a blow-dryer, not sure where it was; I could have asked, but it wasn't that big of a deal. All in all it was great we just like a comfy bed, that was the only downside:/.

Don’t have any opinion on the structure because I’ll never get the chance to get there. My review is based on what’s happened when booking a night at the hostel on Booking. I was looking for a place to spend the night respectful of the planet, with a good design and at an affordable price and the hostel seemed the right choice. It also offered the option to ask the structure to check in later than 23 and that was perfect as I would have arrived in Athens more or less at 23: so I requested to check in at midnight and the booking was done. After the payment was done, I got a message from the structure saying that I would have to pay 20 extra euros cash at my arrival in order to check in after 11 pm. I was surprised because I hadn’t noticed this disclaimer during the booking and asked kindly to the owner if she could point me out where this information was mentioned, in order to be careful the next time when booking. Needless to say that I’ve never received this information, but I’ve been said that the late check in is a favour that the structure was making. I tried to explain to the owner of the structure that she should write that there’s an extra cost clearly in the page where she offers the “favour”, but she took this suggestion personally and denied the late check-in without refunding not even an euro. I’ve tried to speak with her at the phone but she treated me like a terrorist and said that she didn’t want me around at night in order to keep the guests safe and then she hang up the phone, delivering me the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I think it’s not asking for the moon when I say that customers should be informed before booking about all the extras, we don’t have to assume it by a description. I had picked this structure because of the attention to the environment, but that should go together with customer care. If not, it’s just words.
