Ά	Άννα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Νέο σχόλιο: Η μερίδα της μπουγάτσας είναι η μικρότερη από όσες έχουμε φάει στην πόλη, μόλις 160 γραμμάρια, και η τιμή η υψηλότερη επίσης όλων όσων έχουμε δοκιμάσει πρόσφατα, δηλαδή (€2,30). Αυτό σημαίνει ότι το κιλό κοστίζει €14,40. Η μπουγάτσα κιμάς και τυρί είναι οι αγαπημένες μας και κρέμα είναι αρκετά καλή (κυρίως λογω του φύλλου, όχι λόγω γέμισης), όμως δυστυχώς ο συνδυασμός ποσότητας-τιμής είναι πλέον ακόμα πιο αποτρεπτικός. Αρχική ανάρτηση: Κορυφαία πίτσα κι από τις καλύτερες μπουγάτσες στη Θεσσαλονίκη (κρέμα, τυρί και κιμάς που έχουμε δοκιμάσει). Σωστό ψήσιμο (αν και υπήρξαν ελάχιστες φορές παραψησίματος στις μπουγάτσες) κι απόλυτα ισορροπημένες γεύσεις. Στα αρνητικά η πολύ αργή εξυπηρέτηση από κάποιες από τις υπαλλήλους. Είναι πάρα πολύ εκνευριστικό να περιμένεις 5 λεπτά για να πάρεις πακέτο τρεις μερίδες μπουγάτσα. Να πιάνει σιγά σιγά το μαχαίρι για να κόψει, με την ησυχία της να το μεταφέρει στο χαρτί, αργά αργά να βγάλει και να ανοίξει τη σακούλα, κάμποση ώρα για να υπολογίσει τα ρέστα... Και γίνεται πιο εκνευριστικό από το γεγονός ότι έχουμε εξυπηρετηθεί από παλικάρι-σπίρτο εκεί και τον έχουμε δει να μας ετοιμάζει όμοια παραγγελία σε λιγότερο από 1 λεπτό. Το ίδιο και στην εξυπηρέτηση όταν καθόμαστε εκεί να φάμε. Ζητάμε νερό και με αργά αργά βήματα μας τα φέρνει... Η μετριότητα στην εξυπηρέτηση είναι για εμάς λόγος για να αποφεύγουμε ένα μαγαζί, ιδίως όταν υπάρχουν εξαιρετικές εναλλακτικές. Σβελτάδα κι ευγένεια στην εξυπηρέτηση και κερδίζετε πελάτες.
