Το 'χει με τα παιδάκια κ η ίδια ειναι εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος. My little one is 6 years old. The sport has loved it and among other things the reason is Ms. Fotini. She has it with the kids and she is a great person.

Στα 15 μου ασχολήθηκα με παρόμοιο για 3 χρόνια άθλημά και λόγο τραυματισμού δεν μπόρεσα να συνεχίσω. Μετά από αρκετές αποτυχημένες προσπάθειες να ενεργοποιηθώ τελικά βρήκα ενα γυμναστήριο να με γεμίζει. Καθαρό και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον , αντικραδασμικό πάτωμα , ποικιλία οργάνων , έμπυροι δάσκαλοι , για δυνατές η και για χαλαρές προπονήσεις για όλες τις ηλικίες , ποικιλία μαθημάτων με σύγχρονους τρόπους εκμάθησης. Από 4 έως 104 + χρονών. Οπότε για τα επόμενα 55 χρόνια θα με βρείτε εκεί , εκτός απροόπτου. :-)) I am one of the oldest athletes in the gym. At the age of 15 I was involved in similar sports for 3 years and due to injury I could not continue. After several failed attempts to get active I finally found a gym to fill me up. Clean and pleasant environment, anti-vibration floor, variety of instruments, strong teachers, for strong or for relaxed training for all ages, variety of courses with modern ways of learning. From 4 to 104+ years old. So for the next 55 years you will find me there, except for the unexpected. :-))

Γενικά επικρατεί οικογενειακό κλίμα και οι συνθήκες είναι ιδανικές για να εξασκήσει κάποιος το μαχητικό άθλημα που επιθυμεί ή απλώς να αθληθεί. Modern and spotless space with full equipment for martial arts ΄ and gymnastics. Very hospitable coaches and friendly athletes. There is generally a family atmosphere and the conditions are ideal for one to practice the martial sport one wants or just to play sports.

Όλα καινούρια και καθαρά που απολυμαίνονται μετά από κάθε χρήση, κάτι πολύ βασικό για την εποχή που διανύουμε! Άνετος χώρος αποδυτηρίων που μπορείς να αφήσεις τα πράγματα σου με απόλυτη ασφάλεια! Και το βασικότερο από όλα... Καταπληκτικοί προπονητές με ενδιαφέρον για τους αθλητές τους και συνέπεια! Περισσότερο οικογένεια θα έλεγα παρά χώρος άθλησης! Γιατί είναι ωραίο να ανυπομονείς πότε θα ξαναπάς για την επόμενη προπόνηση!!! ? Α... Και πολύ εύκολο πάρκινγκ ε; Nice environment, modern and clean space that meets all hygiene conditions! Plenty of equipment for comfortable and enjoyable training! All new and clean that are disinfected after each use, something very basic for the season we are going through! Comfortable locker room where you can leave your things with absolute safety! And most importantly ... Amazing coaches with interest in their athletes and consistency! I would say more family than a gym! Because it is nice to look forward to when you will go again for the next workout !!! ? Ah ... And very easy parking huh?
