Όλα αυτά σε μια επαρχιακή πόλη όπως είναι η Ξάνθη, η οποία εξυπηρετείται απο μάξιμουμ έξι σημεία με ΑΤΜ της ΕΤΕ, αποτελούν σοβαρά προβλήματα
