Β	Βασίλειος Λεοντιάδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάνανε έργα για φυσικό αέριο και το βράδυ που χρειάστηκε επειγόντως , για θέμα υγείας, να βγω από το γκαράζ είχαν μπαζώσει την τρύπα με χώμα για ένα μικρό άνοιγμα να περάσει μοτοσυκλέτα. Ήταν αδύνατο να βγω από το γκαράζ. Αναγκάστηκα να χρησιμοποιήσω άλλο μέσο. Το πρωί επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και μου είπαν να τραβήξώ φωτογραφία το χώρο. Η προχειρότητα είναι εμφανής στο έργο. S	Sofia Efthymiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ η μελέτη χωροθέτησης για εγκατάσταση μετρητή ήταν εξωτερικά, η ΕΔΑ το αρνείται και επιμένει να τοποθετηθεί μέσα στην πολυκατοικία, με το πρόσχημα αν μελλοντικά βάλουν κι άλλοι ιδιοκτήτες αέριο δεν υπάρχει χώρος για όλους τους μετρητές. Στους Αμπελόκηπους, που στο 98% των εγκαταστάσεων οι όποιοι μετρητές είναι εξωτερικοί (εκεί άραγε που θα τους βάλουν αν αποφασίσουν κι άλλοι ιδιοκτήτες να εγκαταστήσουν αέριο;;;) Έχω στείλει 3-4 φορές εγγράφως αίτημα νέας χωροθέτησης και φωτογραφίες άλλων έργων, αλλά ουδεμία απάντηση έλαβα. Η μόνη επικοινωνία 9 μήνες μετά ήταν για να μου στείλουν το συμβόλαιο και όταν τους επεσήμανα ότι δεν υπάρχει καν εγκατάσταση μου είπαν "δεν πειράζει, να σας το στείλουμε να το έχετε". Για την ουσία μηδέν. Και το ένα αστέρι πολύ είναι!!!! M	Maria Goulia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατά την διάρκεια έργων για το αέριο στην Νέα Πεντέλη έξω από το γκαράζ δεν μου εβαλαν λαμαρίνα αλλά χώμα!!, μια μερα όμως το γέμισαν με άμμο!!!κ κατά την έξοδο το αμάξι βυθίστηκε κ ακουμπώντας στην προεξέχουσα άσφαλτο έπαθε ζημιά. Το συμβάν κατέγραψε η τροχαία κ ήρθε η interamerican να το βγάλει. Κανείς όμως δεν έχει επικοινωνήσει για την αποκατάσταση της ζημιάς και το αυτοκίνητο δυστυχώς κινείται ανεπισκεύαστο με ότι συνεπάγεται αυτό. Η μου είπε οτι δεν έχουν άλλες λαμαρίνες κ να μην το έβαζα στο γκαράζ (αφού όμως γέμισαν το χαντάκι με αμμο για να μπαινοβγαινει το αμαξι) Το κόστος της ζημιάς 600 πλέον ΦΠΑ. Κανείς δεν έχει απαντήσει στο αίτημα μου πως πρέπει να κινηθώ για την επισκευή εδώ 20 ημέρες!! Nobody has answered my request that I have to move for the repair here for 20 days !!

We have called 5 times over the last month and noone has bothered to even call back, let alone repair the damage. We have a resident with Multiple Sclerosis who must park around the corner and walk with difficulty because she is afraid of damage to her car. If this is the way you run the company, maybe we should rethink our connection to the gas service. STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX THE DAMAGE LEFT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS.
