2. Θα είναι ο αγαπημένος μου φίλος ασφαλής κατά την νοσηλεία?
Όλα τα κατοικίδια που νοσηλεύονται, φροντίζονται από ειδικευμένους κτηνιάτρους και νοσηλευτές, ενώ κτηνίατρος-χειρουργός έχει υπηρεσία και τη νύχτα ή είναι διαθέσιμος σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα (on call).
3. Τι ώρες είναι το επισκεπτήριο?
Το επισκεπτήριο νοσηλευομένων ζώων είναι Δευτέρα- Κυριακή 16:00- 18:00.
Οι ιδιοκτήτες μπορούν να επικοινωνούν τηλεφωνικά με τον κτηνίατρο διαχείρισης 12.00- 14:00 και 20:00- 21:00 για ενημέρωση σχετικά με την πορεία υγείας του ζώου τους.
4. Πως μπορώ να έρθω στην κλινική σας?
20ο χλμ. Λ. Λαυρίου, Παιανία, 19002, Αττική
- Από Βάρης –Κορωπίου μετά το Κορωπί περίπου 8km
- Από Αττική Οδό (έξοδος 18 Παιανία), απέχουμε μόνο 2,5km
- Από τον κόμβο του Σταυρού Αγίας Παρασκευής Λ. Μεσογείων, απέχουμε 7,5 χιλιόμετρα

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has good doctors but very poor managmet with payment and papers. I left my cat for 2 days and they asked me 240€. Cat got blood examination, X-ray photo and nothing else. They charge you 45€ per day and they dont call you, you must call to check for your pet.
They do this on purpose, they dont tell you to pick up the animal ( even if animal is healthy) but they delay it, becouse they want to charge you more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a let’s say weird situation. Probably I’m the only person who has a goat as a pet in Athens and the hospital is only for the ordinary pets specialized. So I called when I was on my way there. They said they can’t help and that I had to go elsewhere. But there is no elsewhere at 01:00 and especially for goats. So I did go. The point is that there was only one doctor and he had to deal alone with every case. I think that is inappropriate. The owner should be more responsible for his working people and for us visitors in need. The 5 stars are going only for the doctor in charge this night. He did his best to help us. He was gently and careful he was also thoughtful about both living beings the patient and the owner. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad clinic with poor communication with the clients. We were warned not to go there. Our animal was in bad condition and they reacted very slow to solve the problem. If you love your animal do not take him there and take him to another please. Could be we were wrong but could be that mistakes are on their side.
