Στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα με την υπάλληλο του καταστήματος, με σκοπό την επίλυση ενός θέματος μου σχετικά με τα εισιτήριά, ουδέποτε πήρα ικανοποιητική απάντηση.Και το ένα αστέρι πολύ είναι. Unfortunately low quality services. The staff is rude and unintentional to serve the customer. In the telephone communication I had with the employee of the store, in order to resolve an issue regarding my tickets, I never got a satisfactory answer. And one star is a lot.

Όταν τους είπαμε ότι ο πράκτορας στην Θεσσαλονίκη μας είπε ότι έχει για Κυριακή μας ειρωνεύτηκαν να πάμε να τα πάρουμε από εκεί. Τυχαία εμαθα ότι την Παρασκευή άλλαξαν εισιτήρια σε κάποια οικογένεια γιατί είχαν γνωστό. Δηλαδή πάλι το μεσο στην Ελλάδα. συγκεκριμένα οι δύο κυρίες που κάθονται μόλις μπεις στο γραφείο We have five days looking to change tickets and we are told that the boat is not full for 22/8 and for 23/8. When we told them that the agent in Thessaloniki told us that it was for Sunday, they made fun of us to go and get them from there. I accidentally learned that on Friday they changed tickets to a family because they knew. That is, again the medium in Greece. namely the two ladies who sit as soon as you enter the office

I noticed this error and went back to the agency (loosing almost one hour) and, even though they made the mistake, they charged me for the mistake and I lost money part of the money (40€) . - In the second instance, as you can read from the attached email, they did not ask the refund within the ferry departure (even tough the ticekts were received one day day before) and I lost again my money (other 40€). I two different transactions I lost in total 80€, this underlines the very bad quality of their service and the total absence of customer care.
