I contacted her during my pregnancy (after 3 people recommended her) and she really helped me to adopt a healthy balanced nutrition that would benefit my baby and myself! She made a personalized nutrition plan to treat my needs as I had anaimia during pregnancy and gave me lots of food combination tips that I wasn't aware of. The best thing is that I didn't feel stressed or hungry and I have managed to keep my weight in the desired levels!She has helped me to introduce a healthier life style which I am planning to follow for a life time! Plus she is super friendly and cares about her clients! Totally recommended!
