★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικά, καθαρά δωμάτια και άψογοι χώροι. Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό, ο Κυριάκος μας περιποιήθηκε και με το παραπάνω! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
 Excellent, clean rooms and impeccable spaces. Very friendly staff, Kyriakos treated us with the above! I highly recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό μέρος σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένα, πεντακάθαρα, με κλιματισμό και τα απαιραίτητα κουζινικά σκεύη. Το συγκρότημα διέθετε επίσης εσωτερική αυλή καθώς και ταράτσα με θέα που βλέπει το λιμάνι της Σύρου. Η φιλοξενία ήταν άψογη, ο Κυριάκος ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός, μας ενημέρωσε για όλα τα μέρη, τις παραλίες και τα μαγαζιά που θα μπορούσαμε να επισκεφτούμε καθώς και τις συγκοινωνίες του νησιού από την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα μας στο κατάλυμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και ελπίζω κάποια στιγμή να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε.
Great place in a very good location. The rooms were very nicely decorated, spotless, with air conditioning and the necessary kitchen utensils. The complex also had an inner courtyard and a terrace overlooking the port of Syros. The hospitality was impeccable, Kyriakos was very helpful, he informed us about all the places, the beaches and the shops we could visit as well as the transport of the island from the very first day in the accommodation. I highly recommend it and hope to visit it again sometime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας βοήθησε να αξιοποιήσουμε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο το χρόνο μας δίνοντάς μας λεπτομερείς πληροφορίες για ό,τι παρέχει το νησί. Ο χώρος πολύ καθαρός και σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Απέχει μόλις 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner helped us make the most of our time by giving us detailed information about what the island provides. The place is very clean and in a quiet location. It is just a 10-15 minute walk from the center.

THE HOSPITALITY FROM SUNDAY WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE FOUND IN GUESTHOUSES OR ROOMS FOR RENT ...... THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN THEREFORE. THE HOSPITALITY OF PEOPLE ...... I RECOMMEND IT UNDERSTANDING !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great room in Maria's house. we stayed for two nights. familiar and cozy atmosphe, excellent common spaces and roof garden with top view. room tidy and clean with air condition and tv. Games avalables to guests.Best price we could find in town. we rented a bike, the rooms are 10 minutes ride from hermoupoli old town. Maria and Antonis hospitality is very warm. Highly suggested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for four days. The guest (Kiriakos) is very polite and helpful. He welcomed us with cold homemade lemonade and local sweets. He guided us through our trip and gave us honest reviews on the bars and restaurants of Syros. The rooms were clean and tidy, cute, warm and welcoming, with everything we needed included, and extremely affordable. Also, they are located very close to the port where there are a lot of bars and restaurants (only 15’ on foot and 5’ by car). We were very pleased with our stay in Syros I would totally recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with my brothers for 9 days in Syros at Avlitis. I’m Greek myself and I already traveled to a lot of Greek Islands but this was by far the most clean and nice Hotel I ever stayed in. Kyriakos the host is very very kind and helpful. Whenever there is something you want to know about the island (restaurants, bars, beaches) he gives you the best advices. If you want to stay in a real traditional Greek hotel and want to experience the famous Greek hospitality, Avlitis is the place you go !
