Είναι 100% full contact, απαλλαγμένο από φόρμες και άλλα πολλά που έχουν οι παλιές Ασιατικές πολεμικές τέχνες (karate, wing chun, tkd…). Ο δάσκαλος είναι επαγγελματίας και πολύ ευγενικός επίσης το κλίμα στις προπονήσεις είναι εξαιρετικό!
 This school teaches the first contemporary mixed martial art, the Jeet Kune Do, created by Bruce Lee. It is 100% full contact, free of forms and many other things that the old Asian martial arts (karate, wing chun, tkd.) Have. The teacher is professional and very polite also the atmosphere in the training is excellent!
