We called them on Saturday, August 15, when everyone was off because we had a problem with the brakes. They accepted us immediately, found the problem and fixed it. Immediacy and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο τύπος πετάγεται με το αμάξι από το μαγαζι στο πεζοδρομιο χωρίς να κοιταξει μπας και περνάει πεζός. Πας να περάσεις από πίσω, κάνει οπισθεν χωρίς να τον ενδιαφέρει αν θα χτυπήσει κανέναν. Λες "όπα φιλε προσεχε", κι αντι να πει ένα συγνωμη σου λεει "να πας απο το πεζοδρόμιο" (το οποίο έχει κλείσει με το αμάξι). Για τεχνήτης δεν ξέρω, αλλά επαγγελματίες με συμπεριφορά τραμπούκου να μας λείπουν.
The guy jumps in the car from the store to the sidewalk without looking at the bus and walks. You go from behind, he does backwards without caring if he will hit anyone. You say "oh dude be careful", and instead of saying an apology he says "go off the sidewalk" (which is closed by car). I do not know about a craftsman, but we miss professionals with trumpet behavior.
