Μου έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση η συνέπεια στα ραντεβού, η ευγενική επικοινωνία με όσους χρειάστηκε να συζητήσω για το πρόβλημα και πάνω απ'όλα η επισκευή που έγινε στο αυτοκίνητο ήταν πολύ καλύτερα από τι το περίμενα!! Α	Αγγελική Θανοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόσφατα λεωφορείο μου πήρε σύρριζα τον αριστερό καθρέφτη του αμαξιού, ο οποίος μάλιστα ήταν και καινούργιος μιας και τον είχα τοποθετήσει πρόσφατα (πάλι στην autohealth) προς αντικατάσταση του παλιού που είχε σπάσει. Ευτυχώς και παρά την ατυχία μου, το φανοβαφείο της autohealth με έβγαλε για άλλη μια φορά ασπροπρόσωπο: Για αρχή η Άννα διεκπεραίωσε τα διαδικαστικά με τις ασφάλειες και τα ανταλλακτικά όσο πιο γρήγορα μπορούσε για να έρθει στη συνέχεια ο Αλέξανδρος, συνεπικουρούμενος από την υπόλοιπη ομάδα, να μου τοποθετήσουν εκ νέου τον (μεταχειρισμένο) καθρέφτη, αφού προηγουμένως τον είχαν κάνει σαν καινούργιο μέσω της επαγγελματικής βαφής τους. Χαρακτηριστικό δείγμα της εντιμότητας και της καλής προαίρεσης που διακρίνει όλη την ομάδα είναι ότι για άλλη μια φορά έκαναν το κάτι παραπάνω, "σβήνοντας" μου κάτι μικρές γρατζουνιές που υπήρχαν στο μπροστινό δεξί μέρος του αμαξιού. Πραγματικά τέτοια αντιμετώπιση προς τον πελάτη σπανίζει και ειδικά στον συγκεκριμένο επαγγελματικό κλάδο!! Παιδιά συνεχίστε έτσι!! Fortunately and despite my misfortune, the autohealth body shop made me white-faced once again: First, Anna went through the procedures with the insurance and spare parts as fast as she could, and then Alexander, assisted by the rest of the team, to re-install the (used) mirror for me, after they had previously made it like new through their professional painting. A typical example of the honesty and good will that distinguishes the whole team is that once again they did something more, "erasing" me some small scratches that were on the front right side of the car. Really such treatment towards the customer is rare and especially in the specific professional field !! Guys, keep it up !!

Ο υπεύθυνος πρόθυμος να σε ακούσει, το προσωπικό της γραμματείας υποδειγματικό και βοήθησε πολύ στα ηλεκτρονικά έγγραφα που απαιτούνται! Όλη η διαδικασία είναι άκρως επαγγελματική και ολοκληρώνεται στα συμφωνημένα χρονοδιαγράμματα. Στο αυτοκίνητο έκαναν πάρα πολύ καλή δουλειά και κάτι παραπάνω το οποίο μάλιστα το έκαναν και δώρο! Συγχαρητήρια πραγματικά γιατί το αξίζετε! Καλές δουλειές να έχετε! Excellent service from the first moment you enter the store (body shop). Αναλυτική περιγραφή και ενημέρωση για την κατάσταση του οχήματος και το καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο για να βάλουμε προτεραιότητα στις εργασίες που θα πραγματοποιούνταν τόσο κατά την επίσκεψη, αλλά και σε βάθος χρόνου έτσι ώστε το όχημα μου να είναι ασφαλές και να μπορώ να διαχειριστώ το κόστος. Ειλικρινείς με πολύ καλό και μεγάλο team από μηχανικούς. Κανονικές τιμές. Έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη. Σερβις, αλλαγή ψυγείου καλοριφέρ, ακρομπαρα,ημιμπαρα, νέο δοχείο αναθυμιάσεων, αλλαγή κλειδαριάς συνοδηγού, επισκευή πορτμπαγκάζ Άλλο αυτοκίνητο παρέλαβα! Να είστε καλά που προσέξατε το αυτοκινητάκι μου. Professionals in every sense of the word. Unique service and organization.
