Ενδιαφερόμουν για ενα αυτοκίνητο και ενώ ειχε συμφωνηθεί να ελεχθει σε αντιπροσωπεία, τελευταία στιγμή ενώ είχα αλλάξει τις βάρδιες, μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνεται να το φέρουν. Εξέφρασα την δυσαρέσκεια μου και του ζήτησα ποια μέρα μπορούν να το φέρουν και η απάντηση; Άρχιζε να φωνάζει > και όταν του είπα ότι ενδιαφέρομαι να αγοράσω το αμάξι γύρισε και μου φώναξε > και πριν προλάβω να πω τίποτα μου το έκλεισε στην μούρη. Μήπως το αυτοκίνητο είναι ελαττωματικό; Αν κάποιος ενδιαφέρεται να αγοράσει αμάξι απο την συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση να λαβει υπόψιν του, ότι εχει αντιεπαγγελματικη, αγενή και προσβλητική συμπεριφορά προς στον πελάτη. Unacceptable and rude behavior. Η ταχύτητα και η προθυμία για εξυπηρέτηση που συνάντησα σε αυτή τη μικρή επιχείρηση δεν συγκρίνεται με καμία άλλη. Ενδεικτικά αναφέρω : Σάββατο μεσημέρι κλείσαμε 2 οχήματα , Δευτέρα πρωί καταθέσαμε τα χρήματα και το μεσημέρι τα αυτοκίνητα ήταν έτοιμα για παραλαβή! Πρώτη φορά καθυστέρησα εγώ να παραλάβω και όχι η έκθεση να παραδώσει! Κτεο και άδεια σε λιγότερο από 5 ώρες! Μάριε, ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση και από εδώ.
