★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the best apartments in Kallithea, it is even better than the photos, everything is brand new, literally nothing was missing in the apartment, the staff went beyond the expectations to satisfy our needs, they helped us with the reservations wherever we wanted to go to so we can be well taken care of and they were constantly asking us if there is anything else that they can do for us.

The best in the region. The rooms are spacious, with a sober and elegant decoration, all the necessary equipment is at your disposal. The rooms have a pleasant terrace.
The hotel is ideally located in the city center with shops, restaurants and beaches nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ,best rooms,love the luxure and at the same time low prices,definitely the best rooms in the whole city.Location is the best ,the interior of the rooms is five stars in the rooms you have all you need and the rooms are so clean you can lick the floors.the owners of the rooms are so helpful and caring.Also you have your own private parking which is must to in that city.definitely coming back here??(also the beach is really close and soo beautiful)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best maybe the best hotel in the heart of khalitea khhallkidiki where you can find the best rooms for a great price very modern apartments with high technology and full equipment clean rooms also comfortable where you can feel yourself like home the staff is verry friendly and welcoming and will help you with everything if you feel lost or need help around the hotel. And one of the best things is the beach is close and everything you need like markets restaurants is as close you can imagine. So definitely coming back next year and if you go to khalitea Ava Luxury is a must.
