★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Νεοκλασικό συγκρότημα κτηρίων, χτισμένα το 1908 στην δυτική είσοδο της πόλης δίπλα στο κτηριακό συγκρότημα των ΤΕΙ, περιβάλλεται από πευκόφυτο άλσος. Χαρακτηριστικό το επιβλητικό κεντρικό νεοκλασσικό κτήριο με το ρολόι. Η ανέγερση των κτηριακών εγκαταστάσεων της Σχολής έγινε με δαπάνη του κληροδοτήματος του δωρητή Γεωργίου Αβέρωφ στις αρχές του 19ου αιώνα και λειτούργησε ως Μέση Γεωπονική Σχολή μέχρι τα μέσα του 20ου αιώνα. Το συγκρότημα των κτηρίων της Αβερώφειου Σχολής μαζί με τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο του χαρακτηρίστηκε ως έργο τέχνης και ιστορικό διατηρητέο μνημείο διότι πρόκειται για ένα πολύ αξιόλογο και αντιπροσωπευτικό δείγμα συγκροτήματος κτηρίων με εκπαιδευτικό χαρακτήρα, με ιδιαίτερα μορφολογικά, αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά και εκλεκτικιστικά στοιχεία που εκφράζουν την αρχιτεκτονική της εποχής του. Θεωρείται μοναδικό για την περιοχή και αναπόσπαστα συνδεδεμένο με τις μνήμες των κατοίκων της.
A neoclassical building complex, built in 1908 at the western entrance of the city next to the TEI building complex, is surrounded by a pine grove. Characteristic is the imposing central neoclassical building with the clock. The construction of the school's facilities took place at the expense of donor Georgios Averoff's bequest at the beginning of the 19th century and served as a Secondary Agricultural School until the middle of the 20th century. The complex of buildings of the Averofio School together with its surrounding area was characterized as a work of art and historical monument because it is a very remarkable and representative sample of a complex of buildings with educational character, with its particularly morphological, architectural features and eclectic elements that express the of his time. It is considered unique to the area and inextricably linked to the memories of its inhabitants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική ιστορική Γεωργική Σχολή, στην οποία όμως επιβάλλεται να δοθεί η δέουσα προσοχή από την πολιτεία και τους τοπικούς φορείς της Λάρισας. Οι φιλότιμες προσπάθειες των εργαζομένων και του ΕΛΓΟ-ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ γενικότερα, δεν αρκούν.
Excellent historical Agricultural School, which, however, must be given due attention by the state and local agencies of Larissa. The ambitious efforts of the employees and ELGO-DIMITRA in general are not enough.
