★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a more than excellent stay at Avgoustis house! The house is huge and fully equiped with anything you may need. A traditional cycladian house than can literally make you forget about time. We enjoyed the place that much that sometimes we didn't want to move to the beach. And as i said about beach, Otzias is less than 2 min. by the house. A well organised beach with crystal clear blue water. Avgoustis and Maro are excellent guests and were available for all of our questions. Don't hesitate to visit their place, it can make your vacation unforgetable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing stay at this incredible traditional house atop a hill in Tzia. The island was an "obvious" choice for us due to its proximity in Athens, only one hour from Lavrion port, as among other Covid19 restrictions, wearing a mask in ferries is obligatory and it can be quite troublesome if one has to wear it for hours on end!
The house has amazing views of the Otzias bay and the sea is a mere 10 min walk. Spacious and comfortable with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms it was the perfect place for a company of six at a very reasonable price. It has everything one may need even for longer stays, including a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers and a Nespresso coffee maker. To top things up the lovely hosts, Maro and Avgoustis, welcomed us with a chilled white Greek wine that was enjoyed in the front terrace with panoramic views to our heart's delight!
