Gas station attendant has purposely refueled the expensive sports car gas. How incomprehensible. No recommendation to refuel with Hoover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung. Diese Tankstelle ist nicht zu empfehlen, Hier wird in betrügerischer Absicht das Fahrzeug mit falschem Kraftstoff betankt. Zum Beispiel wird das Fahrzeug mit Super Plus statt mit Super 95 betankt. Hinweise ,dass falscher Kraftstoff eingefüllt wird, wurde völlig ignoriert . Man behauptete, der Tankvorgang kann nicht gestoppt werden. Schwachhsinn. Tankbetrug auf Kreta ist leider keine Seltenheit ,wie in diesem Fall in Asomatos wieder bestätigt wurde. Die Gutgläubigkeit der Urlauber wird hier schamlos ausgenutzt. War früher nicht so.Schade.
Sie schreiben das es eine Richtlinie von Avin gibt, aber warum weiß die AVIN OIL Hauptgeschäftsstelle in Maroussi , auf Nachfrage nichts davon. Für mich sind dies reine Schutzbehauptungen um Ihre betrügerischen Machenschaften zu rechtfertigen.
Da braucht man sich über Vorurteile (bei Griechen) nicht zu wundern.
Danger. This petrol station is not recommended, the vehicle is being refueled with the wrong fuel with fraudulent intent. For example, the vehicle is refueled with Super Plus instead of Super 95. Indications that the wrong fuel is being used has been completely ignored. It was said that the refueling process cannot be stopped. Nonsense. Fuel fraud is unfortunately not uncommon in Crete, as was confirmed in this case in Asomatos. The good faith of the vacationers is shamelessly exploited here. It wasn't like that before.
You write that there is a guideline from Avin, but why does the AVIN OIL head office in Maroussi know nothing about it when asked. For me, these are purely protective claims to justify your fraudulent machinations.
One need not be surprised at prejudices (among Greeks).

Most certainly could.
Identified problem, fixed cooling system, refilled coolant, tested system, test drove car and resolved problem. Total cost - 3 euros for bottle of cooling solution!!! Refused payment for anything else and apologised to US for fault on car he had had nothing to do with renting us!! Excellent, amazing proper service. Saved our holiday!
