Auf den 3 hinterlegten Rufnummern war niemand zu erreichen. Am Abend um 18.00 Uhr haben wir es dann nochmal versucht. Leider ohne Erfolg. Inzwischen haben wir alles über den Service von Avis storniert. Sehr schade.. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech , aber ich empfehle jedem lieber eine andere Vermietung im Ort (die waren alle während der Öffnungszeit besetzt) We booked everything in advance from Germany. When we wanted to pick up the car (11:30 clock) was no one there. On the 3 deposited phone numbers no one was reachable. In the evening at 18.00 o'clock we tried again. Unfortunately without success. Meanwhile, we have canceled everything about the service of Avis. Too bad .. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I would recommend anyone to rent a different in town (they were all staffed during the opening hours)
J	Judith Leitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten unseren Mietwagen für eine Anmietung um 19 Uhr gebucht, das Büro war zu diesem Zeitpunkt aber unbesetzt und erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen war unter der Telefonnummer am Aushang jemand zu erreichen. Man könne jemanden hinschicken, dies würde aber ein paar Stunden dauern (mit 2 Kleinkindern unmöglich!). Daher wurde eine Abholung am nächsten Morgen vereinbart, auch zu diesem Termin kam die Dame zu spät und, durch andere Kunden und Telefonate, hat der Anmietvorgang 45 Minuten gedauert. Für die Rückgabe sollten wir das Auto einfach abstellen und den Schlüssen einwerfen. Es gab daher keine gemeinsame Abnahme. Unter den auf der Avis Website bzw auf unserem Voucher angeführten Öffnungszeiten war das Büro nie besetzt. Hätten wir das Vorab gewusst, hätten wir uns für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden. For the return we should simply turn off the car and throw in the conclusions. There was therefore no joint acceptance. Under the opening hours stated on the Avis website or on our voucher, the office was never occupied. If we had known in advance, we would have opted for another provider.
M	Marcus Weiß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben vorab aus Deutschland gebucht. Bei der Abholung war trotz regulärer Öffnungszeiten (11 Uhr mittags) niemand im Büro. Wir mussten den Mitarbeitern hinterhertelefonieren. Trotz einer bereits gebuchten Versicherung gab es den eindringlichen Versuch uns eine weitere Versicherung anzudrehen. Bei der Rückgabe genau das Gleiche. Wieder niemand im Büro. Auch auf telefonische Rückfrage führte kein Weg in eine Rückgabe an einen Mitarbeiter. Somit konnten wir auch den schadfreien Zustand nicht quittiert bekommen. Das geliehene Fahrzeug war sauber und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich kann die Vermietung trotzdem nicht empfehlen. Despite a previously booked insurance there was a haunting attempt to sell us another insurance. When returning exactly the same. No one in the office again. Also on telephone inquiry led no way in a return to an employee. Thus we could not get the damage-free state acknowledged. The borrowed vehicle was clean and worked perfectly. I can not recommend the rental anyway.

Following google maps made me late for collection and the office was closed for the next five hours Review Update... returned after the five hours only to find the office was again closed despite Google still saying it would be open and being told this earlier in the day when I called the company. Although I was told I could collect the following morning I got a refund from my booking company in the UK who were helpful at least
